      An absolute scam. They charged me double for tickets and not even PayPal will help.

      This company is an absolute scam!!. On 8/3/22 I accidentally purchased 2 tickets to event through ticketsales.com. I actually thought I was ordering through another ticket service agency with similar name. (ticketsales.com give you a time limit to hurry you into a purchase) After looking at prices from other ticket services (including the one I originally was trying to order my tickets through) I discovered I paid 3X the value of actual market price for horrible seats. I immediately contacted ticketsales.com customer service via phone to cancel order or get a refund. The way ticketsales.com is set up is to mislead and scam customers. I paid $200 for tickets that are $75 max. I've been in touch with my bank to dispute transaction.

      Tried to use my credits from cancelled spring training tickets. Every time I've tried to use I get the message that the refund number is not valid. I've tried to call several times for assistance and no answer. I would like to have a refund for the original orders not a credit that doesn't seem to work. I would like to avoid taking them to court but it's almost $500 we are retired and on a fixed income.

      Same story, bought tickets in April 2022, today (August 6 2022) is the concert and we haven't received the tickets. When pressed about the tickets they say "trust us you will get your tickets two hours before the concert......I've given them 120 days to email me the tickets. Oh and we're 250 miles from the concert - I reported the site to https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ Clearly they run a scam operation and should be shut down.

      This company is a total scam. I paid almost $400 for seats in the orchestra section for this event. When I got my tickets they were the second to last row of the event. I called the company and they tried to convice me that this was the orchestra section! Tickets in this area sell for 50.00. No refund, lying and deceitful. Fraud.

      My husband accidentally purchased tickets from ticketsales.com which were 4x the cost of the tickets purchased through the venue. This company is a front for scamming each and every one of their customers. We overpaid $300 for these tickets. Ticketsales.com is also well-versed in how to work within the bounds of credit card companies. I am disgusted and concerned with the way ticketsales.com conducts its business. They should be shut down immediately.
