      On 5/5/2023 I had went to receive help from them to try and save my home. They claimed they could help. They asked me for $2,500 of which I did not have all that at once. I paid $400 on 5/5/2023 and another $900 on 5/9/2023. They were supposed to start my case to stop my house from foreclosure. However instead they proceeded to call me and put me down and demand paperwork they had already had in their possession. Telling me they cant help me if I dont give them the information. My first visit with them I gave them everything and they copied everything. *************************** proceeded to yell at me. At the end he said when you getting me the rest of the money. In the mean time with no time to spare and not getting any resolution with them I had to contact an attorney to file bankruptcy. I had sent aces inter an email requesting them to not continue with my issue and to refund me for the work they havent completed. Also not to communicate or show up to my home again. I still havent received any monies back. They have $1,300 of my money and they havent done anything. Plus their office saids aces inter but their paperwork has their old company name. They had changed names multiple times. Also I was advised by them that if my mortgage company reaches out to me to contact **** or ***** 3 way to get them on the phone with my mortgage company and to not speak to mortgage company on my own. Well the mortgage company contacted me twice in 2 days called Tonys line no answer called Hendys line no answer. Texted **** nothing texted Hendy she said call ****. Ridiculous.
