      We are a vendor that sells products to Hospitals that are owned by Steward Healthcare. They DO NOT pay their bills. We have many open orders they have not paid and there is no communication from this company. If you are a supplier DO NOT sell any hospital that is run by Steward Health. You will never get paid.

      I requested a referral for my Physical Therapy appointments 2,5 months ago and ***** Health Plan didn't get a referral as of today. I called to the office located at ****************************************************, about 20 times. I spoke with the ***** Representatives and they left messages to the practice regarding my referral 10 times and no answer. When I went to the office and asked why my referral wasn't sent, I got an answer that people in the office are busy and don't have time to send referrals. This is just unacceptable that the Staff is refusing to send a referral to ***** Health Plan and now my 9 visits are going to be denied by ***** and I will have to pay more than $2,000 because of negligence of the staff in the office. That has to be illegal and I cant imagine all the patients youve done this to. Someone needs to do something about this. People can't be treated this poorly. I spoke with my Doctor and she told me that she provided the referral to the front desk in April.

      they are rated as not so good you can't get a hold of any provider you get a recording to leave a massage and they will get back to you and they don't i need help

      We are a vendor and can't get paid, there is no response from emails or voice mail (they don't answer the phone) from accounts payable.******************

      One nurse was extremely rude. The ones who are leased from ******** hospital were the most caring. I went thru surgery, recovery with no pump on the leg boots. Id instructed all that clots run in my family. It wasnt until I asked the nurse at 11 pm if shed help me to the bathroom that it was noticed that I had no pump!!!! She tried two floors to find one with no luck so she sent a message to her supervisor that one was needed. Within the hour she had one for me. Most times my light would be on for over an hour trying to get help to the bathroom. My roommate had the same situation and it got so bad that she unhooked her IVs and drain tube trying to get to the bathroom. I also had no phone the whole five days to call the nurses or kitchen for food. Even thou Id requested it daily. I hope to NEVER have to go back there

      My wife was potentially going to need emergency surgery on January 9, 2023. The hospital's billing department (run by Steward Health Care out of *******, *****) recommended that we pay half of the anticipated bill up front which we did. After a check-up with her surgeon, it was determined that the emergency surgery was not needed. In numerous attempts with the billing department, we have spent three months trying to get our money refunded. It is now April 17, 2023 with no results. This hospital is quick to send you a bill but atrocious about refunding your money. We have experienced nothing but terrible, unresponsive service from the billing department. I would rate them with no stars if I could!

      I received a medical bill totaling $2,665 and in less than 4 months have gotten it down to $400’s. I set up a payment plan of 24 months with intention to pay it off in 5 months. Noticed my bill said “0.00 balance due” so I called to make sure I still owed the $400 they said yes, but it looked like it was going to be sent to collections. Collections?!? Why?! The CSR (Kevin) said it’s because I set it up myself and not through them. I said I set it up using the payment portal on the bill YOUR COMPANY sent me! What sense does this make?! There is an option to set up payment plan which I did! His claim was because I didn’t call, this happened. There is a seriously criminal flaw in the system if this is true. Basically, had I of not called today due to website discrepancy, my 2k bill would have went to collections even though I’ve almost paid it off?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. If you need customers to CALL and not set up payment plan via the portal so that it doesn’t go to collections, PUT IT ON THE BILL! If you sent my bill to collections knowing I paid thousands, it would go on my permanent record! That has to be illegal and I can’t imagine all the patients you’ve done this to. Someone needs to do something about this because these are peoples finances you are dealing with and to have such a flawed system is concerning and calls for an investigation of some sort.

      I have set up auto payments. I've been charged about 8 times. The website says I have only made 3 payments. Every time I call they say they've fixed the issues. One month I didn't get charged. Two months in a row I got double charged.

      I was seen on September 14. I will never go back. The staff are rude. I was told that as soon as I talked to the nurse they would bring my husband back. I sat over an hour between the nurse and the dr. ****** from a patient that was violated from a dr. I rely on my spouse in keeping me safe. Men are treated horribly they are not allowed in the room except for the ultra sound. They are trying to separate the family unit. The way he was treated has caused many problems. I am now scared to go to any other dr. as he will not be going because of the way he was treated. We have made numerous phone calls trying to get them to answer but they will not pick a phone and answer a call nor will they call you back. This happening in the ********** office. This office will not answer their calls nor will you get a call backs. We have tried to contact corporate but they will answer either and left message but will not call you back.
