    Paid $1500 directly to file chapter 13 The paralegal set me up a Bring Back appointment on the 18 June 2025 at 3:30. Made arrangement for this date and prepared all of my documents and check emails, I was call today 16 June and send the message below.Your upcoming Document Review Appointment has been cancelled due to outstanding required documents.Why Was the Appointment Cancelled?Our records indicate that the following documents have not yet been received:Note: I never received an email stated that I needed the documents before 18 June, this is incorrect and a Lie. I have been in the military over 25 years and never missed a timeline. **************** failed to send me what documents I needed for the 18 June appointment and Lie and said they send me an email on the 13 June 2025, and also asked me did I check my spam folder. **************** is Terrible and need to be retrain. I will keep you updated on this company ALLMAND LAW.

I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. I would highly recommend using them when you need someone on your side

    Just wanted to leave an honest review about my experience, as I am sure most of the reviews on ****** are submitted right after intake as opposed to after your case is closed. Keep in mind I decided not to proceed forward with the bankruptcy. My experience is related to a cancellation - aside from ******* and his kindness and willing to help during the cancellation process I am very disappointed.04.28.2025 I signed up with the firm, it is now 05.20.2025 and I decided the process was incredibly overwhelming and I could not proceed forward. I paid $2,700 upfront for the filing, which was frustrating enough to come up with. I understand it was a process to review my documents and begin preparations for my case but I am grossly disappointed with the fee of $1,750+ upon cancellation. I never once spoke to an attorney, the bankruptcy was never filed and a review of the forms I submitted I do not believe warrant such high fees.I am a single mother going through a financial tailspin, losing money like this to a law firm who is supposed to help people going through bankruptcy is disheartening and devastating. Please, please, please weigh the consequences of bankruptcy and the emotional toll it cant take, dont just speak to the faces of the firm at intake and believe it will all be okay. No one can really prepare you for this process. This is your money, and in cases like mine your livelihood. I hope this helps.

    Well, to say Im disillusioned is an understatement. The reason I chose Allmand was because I thought they were "good" at bankruptcy and would at least communicate with me what's happening. They haven't. I should have stepped out when I met my lawyer, because he was in a garage wearing shorts and vaping for the 3 hour consultation call (ofc ive already paid $2k at that time). The lawyer never stopped talking down to me until I told him to please allow ME to speak. I wasn't talked to, I was talked "AT". They continually asked for things already uploaded, they said receiving a "dismiss" notice was "normal". I've received texts at 1247am wanting something immediately. Absolutely no respect for even Empathy for the client who has NEVER done this and certainly doesn't find it normal. Currently my court date with the judge for 13 started at 9am. At 911 I receive a call from the attorney which I can't answer because Im on the court call. I use my work phone and they say oh its nothing, just stay on the court call. The judge passed my name with no explanation and I am powerless to do anything. When others say run away.....BELIEVE THEM. I was foolish and didn't read reviews.

    DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! As many have said already, stay away from Allmand Law! The sheer lack of communication and the inability to speak with a competent person at this firm is enough to make you run to any other firm available. We had almost all of our scheduled appointments no-show due to "technical" difficulties. The only ones they were sure to make were the first one to reel us in and the final one with the lawyer. The lawyer was rude when I informed her how I was previously directed by her team stating that she is the lawyer and it doesn't matter what they said previously. We were misinformed greatly throughout this process including having multiple people tell us we could surrender our vehicles and not have to pay for them. That is a lie. We are paying for a vehicle and trailer that are included in our bankruptcy that we surrendered prior to filing based on Allmand law recommendation. This has been a nightmare and I wish I could go back. I am now looking to pay another lawyer just so I never have to deal with Allmand law again.

    Do not use this law firm!!!!!!I wished I had read the reviews before I got tangled up with these people. First off you cant believe anything they tell you. You cant ever talk to the same person twice and each person you talk to tells you something different. I dont really think anyone there knows what they are doing. Then on top of that they cant keep help. The only actual lawyer I spoke to left the firm later on so everything he had told me was a lie according to the other staff. You *** never get connected with a human. I hen you call, text or email you get a response that a case has been opened and someone will get back. That may or may not happen. Also they ask for the same information over and over even though you have sent it At a time like this anyone needing their services is going thru a really hard time and needs reliable help and caring people and this wont happen with there people. They stressed me out so bad I was ready to Ill myself.
