    My personal opinion is to stay away. I wish I never signed up with them. I was lied to in my consultation." I found that out later." The delay in responses and lack of record-keeping for a law firm is crazy. They do not keep notes on documents they request from you and will drag you along with meetings, repeating the same thing, getting nowhere but running up the bill I'm sure. I paid almost 3k; that's All I had from the small retirement fund I had, and I was told after I paid I no longer qualified for Chapter 7, and that I should do a 13. I told them I would not do a 13 from the start, but now that is the only way after I paid the entire retainer. I feel I was lied to multiple times, and multiple people misrepresented my case and mishandled the documents and notes about the case.
