    PLEASE listen to the one star reviews. This place is a scam. They almost force you to give a good review on the initial call and will charge you $12 per text, overcharge you for anything they do for you. I cancelled out quickly after doing more research and quickly realized that even signing up with them was the biggest mistake I could have made. Im out $500 but I think I truly saved myself in the long run. But they still over charged for EVERYTHING on the invoice and never did anything for me. Pick any other firm over this one please . Be smart and DONT choose Allmand law.

    Constantly asked me to submit documents that have already been submitted. Will never respond to any requests. I provided a $1500 deposit and never received an appointment with a paralegal. Ive never written a bad review for any company until today. This law firm is taking advantage of people that are already in a compromised position. Shame on you Allmand Law!

    I originally signed up to start the process and was told that until the filing that I could have a refund at any time it if I didnt want to pursue. I have tried calling multiple times and they outsource it to foreign call centers. They call you only when they want to collect money. No one calls about the actual case and when you have questions it takes forever to get answers. I just called to cancelled and they said I would not be getting a refund because theyve been working on my case. They dont even have my documents or anything to be able to start working on my case so I know this is just a money grab. They care about making money, not helping people. DO NOT USE THEM. You have better luck googling how to file it on your own. They dont care about you. They care about your money and thats it. I want a full refund. They wont give me that.
