    I have cancelled my subscription to Rock and ************ TWICE and this company continues to bill me recurringly. I am at a loss and am reporting this to my bank to ask them to block this company. Rock and ************ is no help whatsoever because the initial subscription was made through a third party subscriber. This is the company that shows up on my bank charge.

    We have already informed same to the customer on Feb ******* and provided the customer with the agency's contact details, including their address and phone number, for further support. Please advise the customer to reach out to the agency for resolution.Customer has paid directly to the agency and they are auto renewing the customer not us.

    Two back to back charges via ****** 9/20 and 9/24. Totally fraudulent.

    I sent a check for a year's subscription last June. Check was cashed July 3, 2023. I have called repeatedly to get my magazine and each time your customer service agent in ***** ***** told me I would have it by end of month. Each phone call is increasingly frustrating. I finally asked for the return of my money in May of 2024. ***** again said she escalated and I will have check. As you can assume, there was no check forthcoming. Your agent ******* then said she would escalate and tried to pass me on to their supervisor, ******, who would not receive or make a call. Finally, reached ****** on July 5, but he will only refund a portion of my money. I emailed proof of payment and have not heard back from him by July 8 as promised. I want full refund, but because customer service is out of this country, they will not comply. This company is listed as LLC in *********

    July 24th I ordered a bundle of 6 magazines from this company online. As of today, the magazine still is not shipped out. I have sent several emails and ************************* and I have been going back-and-forth through email. And at 3 days ago, she told me they had shipped out and I asked her for the tracking number. She told me she had to send it up to a special department to get the tracking number. Then today 7/30 I get an email that says we're sorry for the inconvenience these have not shipped out yet after being told they did ship out then i got on the phone and i called i spoke to a guy by the name of ******, who is overseas, asked for US rep. **** said there wasn't any. ********************* he was a supervisor and I told him what the email said several times he acted like he didn't care like he didn't believe me. I said I was told they were shipped out and I said if they can't ship out today at no extra cost to me overnight so I don't have to wait in additional 10 days on top of the 6 I had already waited from the time that I ordered. He said that couldn't be done. He didn't seem to care that I was lied to. About the email saying already shipped. I told him i'd rather have the books, but if you can't accommodate me and send 6 bundle overnight, then to cancel the order, he hung up on me. So now I'm sending this email. I would really truly like to have the magazines. I don't appreciate being lied to but also I think for the rudeness and the back-and-forth emails and them not getting shipped out as promised. it's already been 6 days since I've ordered. I think they should accommodate me send them out at no cost to me overnight
