      Purchased on 6/19/2023 for $2,029.60. The warranty states that if there are manufacturer defects, it is covered. The 4wheeler showed up not working correctly and now it will Not start period. It has had only 1 hour drive time. Ive emailed and called Killer Motor Sports asking for help and to back their warranty. Ive provided all the documents theyve asked for to support the warranty claim. Once I provided the documents containing the proof of issues from another 4wheeler service company, I have not heard back for almost 2 weeks. The 4wheeler was a birthday present for my son who has been unable to use it.

      We have been in communications with the customer via email and over the phone.  We have approved her claim and we are sending her a new stator so that she can replace on her new ATV.  Customer is still within her warranty time frame and her claim is still open as we are waiting on her part so we can ship it out to her.  We have explained to the customer over the phone and via email that her warranty covers parts and not labor.  If the customer should need anything else she can reach out to us at **********************************

      We ordered 2 bikes. One bike had no break system with rear breaks and a tube for tire that failed. 2nd bike handlebars keep moving and caused a accident. See photo. Both bikes are defective and killer motor sports has done nothing to resolve the issues. Due to the handlebar moving on the one bike caused a major accident. (See photo). This is unacceptable and we either want a full refund or replacement parts. We cannot get any response or resolution.

      ****************** called us to let us know that he received his bikes with damages on May 9, 2023.  We let him know that he would have to open a claim and send in pictures so we can see how he received them.  We then emailed him to open up the claim but he never opened it.  He then called us again on May 17 to let us know about the damages and we let him know that we never got his email opening a claim.  He then said that he ended up buying his parts through amazon and took it upon himself to fix them.  He then said he would file the claim but still never did.  He called back the following day on May 18 to again let us know about damages and we reminded him that he needed to open up a claim.  We tried to assist the customer but he did not want to comply by opening up a claim with us.  We still have not received his claim with pictures that we kept asking for him to send us.

      I ordered a moped from killer motor sports.coo on 7-17-22 and it was delivered to me on 8-16-22. The moment I tried to start the bike it would not start. I realized the bike needed gas because it didn't come with it and I added gas to the moped. This moped wouldn't start. I called killer motor sports and explained the issue I was having and after being on hold for 20 -30 minutes they told me the factory oil is bad, you have to give the moped an oil change and it should start. I changed the oil and the moped still wouldn't start. I then went on YouTube and seen some starter fluid should help start the moped. The moped still wouldn't start. I've emailed the company countless times and I have called so many times to try and get the moped repaired or replaced. They finally called back on 9-21-22 and stated their website states they only cover PARTS. The guy thought it was funny when I asked. " so you could sell a moped that doesn't work because your warranty you have written states you only cover parts". The supervisor laughed and thought it was funny. He initially stated I didn't contact them because I used a different email. He wanted to diagnose the bike by me taking a photo. How do you diagnose what's wrong with a bike by a photo? Their Warranty states they won't fix the bike for you. They are selling lemons and they know it. He stated within 90 days we cover parts, but you need to determine what is wrong with your moped. The supervisor was so unprofessional. If you are buying anything from killer motor sports just know they are scamming people and they are not going to fix the moped they sent to you because they are only covering parts for what's wrong with your moped. Chances are if they are like this the part will be flawed as well I said I was going to report them to the bbb and he laughed and said good luck with that. They stated they won't provide a replacement or refund or repair their moped that was supposed to be new and working

      The customers order was not late. It was a preorder and the customer was aware of that. We have attempted to assist customer several times by requesting more information from them and they still have not provided that information. Yes our products do not ship with Gas, we provided pre ride instructions which included adding fuel and replacing the shipping oil. He reached out to us stating he is unable to start the scooter at which time we requested to provide a video of the start up which we have yet to receive with several follow ups on our end to further assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting. This claim is pending and we are awaiting for his response with the requested information. We need this information in order to complete his claim.

      I ordered a Tao Motor Scooter from KillerMotorSports that I paid for them to assemble. They stated it would take 12-15 business days it arrived a month later. Upon receiving the scooter the engine does not run, although they have stated they are happy to assist me with this problem they have not replied to my latest email concerning my claim. I can send you all the correspondence thus far. I would like to have a brand new scooter that runs for which I paid almost $1500 dollars. I would like your assistance if possible.
