      Active Advantage debited my credit card for the amount of $89.95 without my consent or knowledge. At no time did I knowingly signed up for a paid membership, it seems like I was automatically added when I signed up for and paid for a hiking event in October 2022. I have contacted Active Advantage via email to have this membership cancelled and my $89.95 refunded. I am still waiting.

      I just saw a charge on my credit card for $89.95 for Active Network. I have no idea what they are and didn't sign up for their services, whatever they may be. Looking at others complaints about this company, it may be related to signing up for a charity bike ride through the ************ ***** I have no supporting documents other than the charge to my bank account. No matter what it's for, I would like the charge removed from my credit card and also would like this company fined or something; so they don't continue their deceitful behavior. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I noticed a charge this morning for $89.95 and I've never even heard of their business. Upon further investigation, turns out theycharged me a year ago as well- and not to mention, a ****** search of the charge shows others have fallen victim to this fraud as well. I just want my full refund for both charges. My two charges:- 3/22/23 for $89.95 - 3/21/22 for $89.95

      I logged into my checking account today to find a mystery charge of $113.40 on my account from *** ***********. No idea who this or what it is from. I have not clicked on any trials or anything. (which seems to be what people say it is from)

      I was drafted $89.95 from my checking account today for a purchase I did not make or agree to. I have never heard of Active Network and certainly did not sign up for any of their services. I would like my account credited and my information deleted as soon as possible.

      I noticed a charge from this company of $89.95 and I have NEVER signed up for a free trial of any sort for their services, I seen many others have this very same complaint! I'm demanding a refund to my card, this is fraud!!!!!!!!!

      Similar to the other hundreds of other complaints, I mysterious received a $89.95 charge to my credit card a month after signing up my kid for a school art class. Whatever excuse they are giving blaming the users for regarding navigation on their website is nonsense. They are deliberately attempting to collect undue cash. Any future sign-*** with vendors associated with this company will be promptly trashed
