      As with other complaints, Active Advantage debited my credit card for the amount of $89.95 without my consent or knowledge.

      I at no time knowingly signed up for a paid membership, it seems like I was automatically added when I signed up for a half marathon in January 2022, so I am specifically disputing the charge on January 20th, 2023.

      As stated by others, I received a mysterious $89.95 charge on my debit card and I have no idea why. I need this charge removed and any "memberships" cancelled. How has this company not been shut down yet? This is predatory.

      This company stole money from me. I signed up to do the ********* party that was scheduled for May 2020. They emailed me saying the event had been canceled due to the coronavirus. Upon receiving that email, I immediately emailed back inquiring about a refund for the event, since it was no longer happening...that never happen. No one ever responded to my email and the money was not refunded. I just learned that not only did they charge me $24.18 twice for the event that didn't happen BUT they have unlawfully charged my card $89.95 four times!! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this! How is that even possible?? I really need these charges totaling $408.16 to be reversed and money put back into my account. I never authorized this. How a company can do this is mind blowing. Please help with this situation

      Active stated that I would receive a refund on charges in 3-5 days but I have yet to receive that refund. The company that used them refunded me after receiving my request but Active has not refunded any of the charges in the time that they stated.

      ***Document *************************** stated that they would refund all the charges but only 1 of the 5 charges of $89.95 was refunded to my account. The company has been taking out several $89.95 charges without my knowledge. I looked over the documents and never did I opt in for this subscription. I noticed that they have some this before but it isn't fair. I would really like and I pray that the company do what is right and refund the charges. The partner who took the $21.90 for the event that never even happened because of COVID refunded my money promptly. I would greatly appreciate it if they would refund all the charges that were taken out without my knowledge. Thank you so much

      Thank you for responding and refunding one of the four wrongfully made charges. You previously stated that I would be refunded for all charges but I wasn't refunded for all charges. I was charged $89.95 for times. I immediately asked for a refund of this event after the event didn't happen and yet you guys continued to "opt" me in. I have the email stating that I would like a refund in 2020. How do I get the refund for the charges that continued years after I requested a refund. Thanks

      I do not agree with the proposed resolution, but they emailed me stating that they would not refund the total amount. I have to accept half of what they stole from me.

      I emailed the following to the company:

      "Please send me the contract that I unknowingly signed as well as the refund policy that you are speaking of at your earliest convenience.

      Also, I sent an email requesting a refund once the event did not happen. Y'all should have canceled everything at that point when I reached out.

      This is so sad that y'all do this to people.

      I'll do everything in my power to fight this. I would greatly appreciate the items that I've requested.

      I understand but I will not get all the money but it is important that people know of the unethical and dishonest business practices that do.

      Received charge of $89.95 on January 23rd. I did not sign up for anything nor did I ever receive confirmation or email confirming as such. This is a scam and really shady. I tried to call and the numbers provided are not working or busy. I emailed but have no response. As I stated in my email I am filing with the Better Business Bureau and I am also disputing the charge. If you do not remove me from whatever list you have and credit my account you will be hearing from me in the near future.

      My credit card was charged $51.00 by The Active Network. I have not ordered anything from or through that company since 2015. My account page at the The Active Network confirms no current orders, including no trial orders. I am disputing the charge as a fraudulent charge through my credit card company.

      I signed up through this this company using their free service for a race in 2017. They accessed my credit card number where I paid the entry fee for the race and have continued to charge me $89.99 per year as bogus membership dues. I have sent them over ten emails to various email addresses, contacted them on Facebook and instagram requesting a refund at a minimum for 2023 which was just charged today and have received zero response. I also called the number they have listed on Facebook and a recording states they don't answer the line and direct you to email them at a different email address which I have done and again received no response. Their website states if you are dissatisfied with the "membership" for any reason they will refund your money.

      I purchased a soccer class for my son and we found out we accidentally signed up for this "other special offer" as well.

      I understand this may have been in some discrete fine-print but definitely did not mean to sign up for this.

      Companies need to stop automatically signing people up for these "special offers" that no ordinary/average human would notice.

      Signed up for a class for my son and they used this 3rd party company to process the payment. Requested NOT to save credit card information. This company then charged my credit card $89.95 for a year membership (reoccurring) that I NEVER signed up for. I have gone into the account and attempted to cancel everything I can cancel to ensure this doesn't happen again. I have emailed the company and I finally heard back from them and they say they're refunding me but they never do. It's all tactics to delay giving you your money back. Phone number is always busy because this is not a legitimate company. They are scamming people and saving credit card information they are not authorized to save.

      My checking account was debited $89.95 on November 10, 2022 by this company. I did not sign up for anything, I had ordered off of Amazon the day before a gift for my grandson for christmas and wondered if someone got a hold of my card number. I would like my account refunded the $89.95, unable to reach anyone by phone or email at this company, the bank won't help me since it already went through my account. The bank advised me to cancel my card so they could not charge it again.
