      When I called the number to follow up on an unwanted $89.95 membership I was unaware of I heard: "We're sorry; telephone support is currently unavailable..." and was told to email. They are sneaky and unprofessional.

      Acting in bad faith. Placed pre-checked add-ons to the checkout process that opts you in without a clear affirmative action. My wife accidentally added their "Active Refund" product for $61 in addition to the program we were signing up for.
      When we saw the charge, we immediately reached out and they refused to refund.
      Add-ons like that should legally require some affirmative action to opt in. Businesses should not work with them.

      SCAM ALERT! Pay attention if you sign up for a race, campsite or anything outdoorsy. I booked a campsite through ReserveAmerica and then I got an e-mail saying I was going to be charged $90 if I didn't cancel the trial offer I signed up for. Any entity who partners up with this company and their shady practices should be boycotted.

      SCAM ALERT!! I agree with everything below. I signed up for a race in 2016, using a **** credit card. Then with no email or permission from me, Active.com started charging my DISCOVER card (that I got in 2020). Feb 2022 - $103 with ACT* City of (my hometown) with a phone number to a city hall in another state. March 2022 - ACT* $89.95 March 2023 - ACT* $89.95 HOW did this company illegally obtain my credit card information and to be placing FRAUD charges on accounts. Never got emails about this membership or renewals . Their phone numbers no longer work. They are using individuals hometowns as charge descriptions so it doesn't look as obvious and then using phone numbers from places all over the country.

      A fradulent charge by *********************************************** for $89.95 that we never signed up for. This charged appeared on our credit card. No phone number to call this company. Only email was available.

      What can be done?! ENOUGH! I did not sign up for this service - how can they have access to my account? I concur with all the below! Were any of you successful in a refund? If so, do you have any secrets? I canceled my debit card, but I am now trying to 'unsuccessfully' get a hold of them for a refund through email, ************* but I continue to get the runaround.
