      I just discovered that this company has been charging me $89 every year since I signed up for a race in 2014. I stopped racing due to a chronic illness. I misread the annual charge on my credit card and thought it was for a different membership - nothing to do with this thing we were all tricked into signing up for. Never got emails about this membership or renewals until today. Their phone numbers no longer work. I am besides myself that I have lost at least $500 to this scam. I'm usually so diligent about these things and I'm disgusted that this went over my head and there is no way to reach a human. I will do whatever I have to in order to get my money back.

      SCAM CITY! These people refuse to cancel just so they can charge you the $89.95. DO NOT do any business with them. Of course, they are from scam-leader ***** where they are currently being sued by ****** government for fraud (*************************).       I did NOT sign up for a membership. They are a fraudulent company and it's disgusting. They took ***** from me for NO reason. What a sick, sick excuse for a scam. How dare you take money out of my children's mouths you disgusting waste of humans. BBB shut them down!! SCAM!

      These people are terrible! They steal ***** and they will sell your credit card information after they take the money! Do not trust this company with anything. MAJOR SCAM. NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. RUN. If you get in contact with them use extreme caution. Like they posted here in response with others but it's someone lying and laughing at you behind their computer. BBB shut these people down!

      Active Scam!!!!!!! BBB Needs to do something about this. Almost charged $89 but luckily I read the fine print. I thought I was signing up for a race and got this email saying i have a 30 day membership. I've emailed them immediately. Hopefully they cancel this. If not I'll be opening a claim.

      Same experience as the others. Signed up for a race and they stealth charged almost $100 for a year membership. Had to report the claim after the promised discounts also weren't available (error messages).

      I was helping with an event than struggling back and forth trying to get out of active advantage I'm going to tell everyone I know to stop using or explain my frustration of how it's set up. Trying to lure me with a gift card to stay signed up makes me want to cancel my card order 100 dollars worth of pizza to their service office and see how they like it by footing the bill of all the pizza. They're rude and ungrateful in their business and approach and thinking about contacting the attorney general to file a class action lawsuit in response to how this is handled.

      Active Advantage chraged my credit card for the amount of $***** without my consent. I never received an email claiming the charge is an annual renewal. I have never signed up for a membership with Active Advantage, and had never even heard of them until I saw the charge on my statement and googled to see what it even was. I was able to find a published phone number but it leads to recordings saying telephone support is unavailable "due to COVID" you can still answer a phone remotely last time I checked. Sad when you search for solutions to this issue anboit a random ***** charge and the top links are to reviews about the scam and the bbb? Why is this allowed to persist?....
