      So far I have had excellent experiences with this company/store. Ive order several times and all have been exactly as I ordered. I love this store for cheap makeup that works great!

      I ordered a hair brush and received one that was broken apart. The company stopped responding to my emails after I sent them all of the pictures they requested. They used to have great customer service. Now they behave l scammers by taking your money but do not take accountability for damaged goods even though I paid extra for shipping insurance.

      This is the THIRD time buying with this company. I specifically asked for #*** in eyelashes and that number ONLY. I EVEN EMAILED them telling them I do NOT want any ************ & to refund my money if it's not available. Yesterday I received my package and AGAIN they sent me multiple eyelashes that were not #***. Please becareful when buying with this company. Not only did my item arrive wrong, it took 9 days for them to even begin to ship my item. I'd rather pay a little more with a company who respects their buyers. Never will shop with them again!!!

      I ordered on May 31. They claim it will be processed in 2 days. It is now June 7. It still shows unfulfilled. Last time I ordered was back in 2020 and I got both package within 3 days. Please change the false advertising you have. People buy s*** so they can get it ON TIME. If yall were just upfront about the shipping time I wouldve bought else where. Now its too late to order from another website and get it in time. I needed the items by June 9. Thanks for f****** me over Shop Miss A. I will be telling everyone I told to shop there to stop because this is ridiculous.

      I ordered from this site weeks ago. Was super excited about the low prices, so I spent a good amount of money. After I completed the order, I got a confirmation email. Cool, nothing wrong. A few days later, I got an email with my "tracking number" . The tracking number was non-existent. I still haven't gotten my huge package, with over 30 items, for weeks. This site is a SCAM. I haven't gotten a refund, even after I emailed the site multiple times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
