      Unfortunately last year we fell for this scam which told us we are helping the local high school here in town (theres only one). Our money was going to be used for announcements at sporting events and on shirts handed out. We sucked it up as a loss of $800 and a life ******* Nothing was ever done and the school does not participate at all. This year we are receiving invoices after telling the company we are not interested. My wife works with the athletic department now and we have confirmed more than once that this is a scam. I would like this invoice #****** to reflect a 0 balance and to be removed from their customer database to resolve my complaint.

      Due to the misunderstanding between our office and ********************, we have tracked the items that were shipped to the high school, and they were delivered on 5/22/2023 at 11:07am.  Campus Box Media contacts the *********** for approval prior to contacting the community and they understand what they are supposed to do with all the items that are sent to them.  I have attached the tracking detail for your items that was shipped to the high school; also attached is the **************** Report detail for ********************. 

      We have always tried to maintain a clear line of communication between the schools we represent and our customers, however, sometimes the line of communication is misinterpreted between our sales staff and the customer.

      Placed an order November *******. Was told we would receive the order before the baskeball season started. We did not get the correct art work approved until the begininng of December 2023. We have spoken to several people withtin the company and was told we would be getting the banner, cups, hoodies, geofencing and coupons shortly. We attended a game and there was no banner, no cups, no coupons, and no geofencing being done. We have requested a login for the geofencing and have not received the login. We received an email stating the school received our banner December 27, 2023. We attended a game January 19, 2024. NO BANNER< NO CUPS< NO COUPONS< NO GEOFENCING!! We are requesting a refund and have not gotten a response from this company. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

      Campus Media reached out to us to support our local high schools. We said yes to support two of the schools here in **********. Turns out they do not have our packages we paid for with these schools. They promised we would have social media, vouchers, water bottles, announcements etc. I have reached out to the *** who called us and she stated she cant do anything for us. Called customer service who you cant get ahold of anyone. Asked for her managers number and she said that the manager cant help us. After looking at the reviews there are a lot of other companies who got scammed by this company. We even purchased extra for one of the schools being we have a kid there and I went there plus played basketball for them. We want to get this refunded but can not get assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because: the coach ***** was fired awhile back and there was nothing sent out at either one of the schools we sponsored. We never received anything back from the company nor reimbursed for the money we sent. We showed up to some games and nothing was in the gym. Talked to someone in the admin office and they stated any sports donations are through the school itself not a third party.

      They were supposed to announce our business as a sponsor over the PA system at all of their home games in both the Football and Basketball games.  The coupons were supposed to be given to everyone that came through the gate as the paid for entry.  Not one was given out. No social media shout outs that they were supposed to do.

      5/10/23 I received my first invoice for signing up. They put me on a 90 day pay. It was the next week, start getting harassed on payments. Told them over numerous phone calls, call this person, they handle that. Told we have to pay em to get the shirts, and other advertising started for football season. Little while after final payment was made, half the tshirts show up, no hoodies. While working on getting those, they sucker me into signing up for basketball advertising. Signed up, 90 day pay, call this person at company to handle the rest, immediately start harassing me for payment. After several of those phone calls, I lose patience, tell them cancel it all, want my money back. They cant do that, production already started. Last time you told me you cant start until payment was made in full. Now I decide to try out their geo fence at a game, sitting in school parking lot, was non existent when it was explained it should cover over a mile from game. My shirts show up from 2nd order 4x, I wear a medium tshirt and large hoodie. That is what was ordered. Any time you call to complain, you get we have to turn that to a manager. Never a call back. While being signed up for basketball, supposed to be only person in your category being advertised, Im getting phone calls asking to sign up for basketball season. Since their advertising seems to be a scam, nobody will respond, not one phone call from their marketing, I want my money back.

      I ordered New Varsity Package advertising to promote my local high school football team with Campus Box Media. I was promised to be in the Announcements and on banners however, when I went to see it, I was unable to find any evidence my advertisement was included.       This business sold me on a service, stating that they partner with the school for this service. I was supposed to get PA announcements at football games, a banner at the football stadium, sports bottles, handed out at the football games, and several other advertising services. None of those services were rendered, and I continued to get billed for these services. I attended every football game and never saw any of these things happen. when I called the school district, they had no knowledge of this company and denied any partnership. I emailed to cancel the remainder of my services and to request being refunded for the services I did not receive, and customer service member Caitlinn as well as my contact ****** ***** ceased responding altogether. They continued to bill me, despite ********** removing the charges during their investigation. Every time the charges are disputed, proof provided and the charges are removed, Campusbox sends the charge again.I will pursue further action if necessary, but as of right now nothing has been resolved. This seems to be a really large scam and of Services.

      To answer your question, no I have not heard from them. I havent received a response since October. Ive even had to involve my ********** dispute team over this and theyre in the middle of an investigation. Thats the major part of this is that when I raised concerns, the company completely ghosted me and no one respond, so I had to escalate it which is when I wound up doing a negative BBB review. It seems they have a history of doing this judging from past reviews.

      Im not sure how else to get them to respond. Ive tried everything.

      A refund was never issued. Communication was never made with me at any point by CampusBox. Every time I attempted to reach out or attempted to cancel the charge through my credit card company, CampusBox would re-bill for the exact same amount.

      See the following screenshots showing all transactions, where 3 payments were made and not refunded for the following amounts: $1,253.98, $1,253.98, and $1,254.00 for a total of $3,761.96.

      I will continue to reject this until all payments are refunded in the outstanding amount of $3,761.96 as CampusBox alleges they are willing to do.

      I purchased the Varsity Package which was explained to me meant that the local high school would give out sports bottles and shirts with my business's logo, plus 500 coupons at the football games, and they would make PA announcements and and put up a Thank You banner in the stadium. What I got was none of these things. I don't even think campus box even has a contact at the high school or has any relationship with them, though their sales **** pretend they do. I've been very kindly and repeatedly asking for a refund for several months and now they have gone silent. We're just a small local business trying to scrape by and keep our doors open. I hope by sharing this that other small business owners can understand the way this company works before handing over any money, and I hope Campus Box Media might finally take my concerns seriously.

      Primetime has coordinated the spirit items for ******************************* since 2004.  I want to let you know my school setup department contacted our contact at the high school, she likes our program and said  here are some various ways items are given away: incentives, games, athletic events,community/school events.  She also stated the cups are packaged in 4s with candy and are given as sets to parents, staff,students.  Cheer shoots the t-shirts out to the fans with the t-shirt gun at the games, the coupons and all other items that are left as giveaways;social media, sends the digital assets to the PR Person & prints business on programs.  She said she will try to announce the business but is unsure.

      We work across the country and try to maintain a clear line of communication between the schools we represent and our customers; however,sometimes the line of communication is misinterpreted.

      Preying on Small Businesses: ************ contacted our office regarding sponsorship with promotional merchandise and geofencing for a local high school. I spoke with a Talanda (sales) multiple times and expressed interest in a package but could not make a decision on which option we wanted at that time. On 10/26 ******* offered a package that was not listed in their initial email and said that she could sign us up that day. I declined the offer and asked to follow up with her in a few days. For several days she called our office multiple times but I was unable to speak with her. On 10/30 her call was answered by an employee and she was told that he was not an authorized person and could not approve the invoice. I researched the company and, after reading multiple reviews, it was decided that we would not move forward doing business with this organization. I then received an invoice for $1,119.98 by email for a package I never approved. I immediately replied to the email and stated I had not made an order and requested the invoice be removed. After a week with no follow-up, I received an invoice by mail. I then called the company but was transferred until I landed in someones voicemail. I sent a second email requesting the invoice be voided and received a response that I had requested and approved the package on 10/31 with Talanda and provided all of our information to *****. I have never heard of ***** and immediately informed Caitlinn (customer service) that I had never spoken with anyone other than Talanda. I have all phone records showing that no one with our company spoke with a representative of Campus Box Media on 10/31. I have received ZERO communication since that time and they are unwilling to contact me by phone or email to confirm this invoice has been deleted. ************ is a **** and their sales team obviously has no issue falsifying approvals in order to make their commission.

      Primetime has coordinated the spirit items for ************************ since 2012.  I want to personally apologize to ******* ***** with Patriot Sewer Septic and want to assure you that your order was cancelled on 11/15/2023.  We have addressed the issue with our representative and be assured it will not happen again. We continually strive to achieve the utmost in customer service with our business owners.   

      We work across the country and try to maintain a clear line of communication between the schools we represent and our customers; however,sometimes the line of communication is misinterpreted.

      We again apologize for any inconvenience you and your office.
