      We were sold a sponsorship by Campus Box Media/Spirit Stop (invoice attached) of our local high school with the impression that we would get exposure at our local high school's football games. After not seeing a single deliverable (deliverables listed on invoice) 2 months into the football season, I contacted the school (Cheerleading team, Football Team and Administration) and they knew nothing about the sponsorship or ever heard of Campus Box Media. Campus Box Media scammed us out of over $1600 and did not deliver as promised. They also lied to us and we were sold a sponsorship based on the false impression that they were working on behalf of the school. They need to refund me the full billed amount of $1639.98 and discontinue selling/soliciting businesses under the false impression that they are working on behalf of the local high school when that is in fact not true.

      I received a call about sponsoring our local school (school that my children attend) in Licking Valley. I was told we would be promoted throughout the season with mini footballs, coupons, banners facing home team and our name on the announcements. Not one of those actually happened. We paid $800 for this sponsorship, we are a very small business and a hit like this is tremendous to us. I want a refund for the wasted money and that it didnt go to the school - I would rather put that towards school lunch balances. Order #: *******

      A FEW MONTHS AGO I HAVE BEEN REACHED OUT BY CUMPUS BOX MEDIA TO SPONSER A FOOTBALL EVENTS OF A LOCAL HIGHSCHOOL.BOTH ME AND MY WIFE SPONSORED THOSE EVENTS AND PAID AMONST $1000 EACH. THE GAMES STARTED AND WE NEVER SAW OUR COMPANY NAMES AT THE GAMES OR ANY OF THE OTHER PROMISSED SEVICES.THE COMPANY DOESNT RESPOND AND ONCE THEY DO THEY SAY WE WILL CHECK AND GET BACK TO YOU AND NEVER DO.

      I hope this email finds you well. Unfortunately they did try to contact me once via the phone to charge me for the full amount. Also, they sent me an email trying to enroll me automatically for the next year.

      As I mentioned before I was able to dispute the charge in my bank account for my business but unfortunately we haven't received a refund for my spouse's business.

      We paid Campus Box Media for T-shirts, Banner and social media advertising back in April. We have not received anything from them. We checked with the school and they have no idea who this company is and they have never heard fromt them before.The t-shirts and banner never been deliver to the school; per Coach and school principal.There has been NO social media advertising either

      We were contacted by Campus Box Media in representation of a local *********** to offer an advertising promotion to help the school. We paid $1,119.98 for **shirts with our logo which we worked with their designer to have the logo printed on the back of the **shirts and Banner that was going to the school and school kids.We checked with the school officials and they have received nothing to this date. No banner, no **shirts and no social media advertising and the school have never heard of this company before.

      I was contacted by this company in regards to being a sponser the local highschool basketball team. I was told my company name would be placed on banners, the schools social media and cups along with over the PA during games and geo fencing. I was hesitant at first feeling like maybe this was a scam but my initial skepticism was eased when I was told that they didn't want money right then that they would invoice me giving me time to check it out with the athletic director, well I should have called there hand but I didn't and got bluffed. It wasn't till after I made a partial payment of 300$ that I took the time to look into the company at which time ****** brought up all these complaints of fraud with stories just like mine. I reached out to the athletic director of the high school and he is unfamiliar with this company and unfamiliar with me being a sponsor of his basketball team and thinks that I may have been scammed. I've reached out to the company for a refund and I have not gotten any response by telephone or email and if I don't receive a full refund within the next 7 days I'm going to go to the local police department and see what they can do to stop this company from taking advantage of small businesses owners furthermore I suspect this may be on a federal level of fraud with them being in another state, like wire fraud

      Date of transaction: 8/30/2023 Amount paid: ****** CampusBox Media promised game day packages in their promotional email regarding the following:- ability to pick the spirit products (T-shirts or caps / concession cups / *****, rally towels or sport bottles - coupons handed out at games - PA announcements - Thank you banner - Social Media Shout-out - Geo fencing My dispute is the following:- I agreed to participate in the All-Star package and upon further inspection of the invoice I noticed an asterisk that states all the above mentioned promises were dependent on school participation. Additionally, I wasnt able to pick spirit items or see appropriate examples of art proofs on the items. ********************* with CampusBox Media represented that they already aligned with ************************ and after calling the Athletic Director, this is a complete misrepresentation. The services paid for and promised will not be provided reliably. - Additionally, when submitting artwork, there is an additional asterisk that says exactly the following:* If we do not receive a reply to the proof email, we will assume the art is approved, and your items will be produced as shown.After giving explicit instructions on what artwork to use and how to use it, they were unable to follow simple requests. This is what set off red flags and make me take a close look at the invoice, what was promised in the promotion, and led to me reaching out to ***** and ****** with CampusBox Media and Spirit Stop. *****s ext. goes to an individual named ***** with Spirit Stop. When I called the numbers listed as contact numbers to ask for a refund and cancel the promotion, I discovered a wonderful web of leave a message. No one answers or returns calls or emails when I had concerns and now have a complaint. I have requested a full refund and requested to cancel the promotion package. I have not heard back Order # *******

      I was contacted requesting sponsorship of the Football team at a local high school in the amount of $799.98 end of May and paid it on June 5, 2023. I was contacted again or the same school for the basketball team and paid $809.98 on August 18, 2023. So far, all I received from the football sponsorship was 3 shirts, I reached out to the school, but there are no banners, their Geo reports were "not working", and no one from the school has seen the shirts that were to be shoot out to the crowd, etc. I am trying to reach out to them and they give me the run-around. I called, no response, then they responded to my email that I could go to the games. I am a local Realtor starting out in the business, and I thought giving back to the community and sponsoring the youth would benefit us all. I don't have the luxury to throw money away. It is not fair to be taken advantage of.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The response issued and supposedly proof of items being delivered is not satisfactory. No proof the banner was displayed, no proof the geo advertisement was done for ALL games (only 1) after I filed my complaint with BBB.  *********** promised and what was received is not even 50%. This is a total scam and I only wished I checked their reviews. I spent a lot of money and they have nothing to show for. I even requested to schedule an appointment to pick up the banner that was supposedly be displayed during the games, and no response. Everything looks pretty in writing, but not in the action! I am sorry but I am not those realtors making a killing. I am paying out of my money and was trying to do something really nice supporting the school sports department and yes, advertise my business, but so far all I received were t-shirts I paid, 1 report and a thousand excuses.

      In the original response I added the email school conversation from the Athletic Director stating he did receive the items and were distributed as well as the banner being hung. I have also attached the digital impressions for your geofencing.  Campus Box is not a scam the items were delivered and distributed at the games per the email from the school.

      We have always tried to maintain a clear line of communication between the schools we represent and our customers; however, sometimes the line of communication is misinterpreted between our staff and the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because it is simply not acceptable. What was promised was not delivered. I am out of close to $2000 and all I have are t-shirts and 1 or 2 geo reports which coincidentally received the same day I rejected the last message. I cannot even get the supposed banner. My complaint stands and my request for reimbursement stands.

      Someone called me stating that they representing ***********************. As I am realtor they would like to offer me advertising package on all sports games they have. I am also working as administrative assistance in Pocono Mountain School district. So I told that lady that I would be interested and if she can send me more info to look into it, as I was driving and I was not understand what she saying. The first email where it states that it is not School district was a big red flag to me. They send me something for approval and zero information on what they are doing. I did not approve anything. After few days I received a invoice for $1,119.98. Then a replied that I did not agreed to anything and will not be pay for nothing, like money will go into the air. I called ******************************** and they told me that they not working with such a company. Its a scam. And they not stop calling me and sending emails asking to pay that amount.

      Campus Box Media reached out to my business(**********) for an opportunity to sponsor our local high school( ***************) football team (*****, *****). We have paid $999.99 payment was made in two installments $500 on 1/20/23 and ****** on 3/16/2023- receipts attached. This purchase thru Campus Box Media was to include spirit items (towels with our logo), coupons(with our logo to be handed out at games), PA announcements, Thank you banner (facing home side), Social media shoutouts, and geo-fencing ads. What we thought was an investment to support our local high school football, and to promote our local small business- turned out to be a scam. After attending a few games - we realized that none of this is happening. There are no promotional items, no thank you banner, we have yet to see a social media shoutout and no coupons are being handed out. When emailing the company asking for answers we have received none! A random email discussing that just now our geo fencing ads are in place. I personally contacted head of athletics/ head football coach of **********************, ***********************- he has no idea what we are talking about. These items do no exist and the school is not aware that Campus Box Media is selling (fake) promotional items and advertising. They do not have any items with out logo to hand out. Campus Box Media is stealing money from hard working small business owners.
