EXTREMELY unprofessional. It has been over two months since I've received my deposit check back and they have done absolutely nothing. On top of that, I have submitted all forms to get *********************** name removed form the check and they claim they will not remove the name. ********Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

This management company is beyond unprofessional, unethical, remorseful, and racist. I lived at Lincoln at ********, the parent company for willowbridge for almost four years. Ive been a very good tenant throughout this time. Unfortunately, I missed Januarys rent due to life issues. Since it was late, I had to pay the courts until my appeal hearing. As the hearing approaches, the judge overseeing the case advised tenants to settle with the landlord instead of facing trial. I elected to settle with the attorneys at a side bar. One week later, I was emailed a breakdown on how much I owed. Unbeknownst to me was the court fees the lawyer asked me to pay. The total was over 6000 including rent for ***** The email also included an opt out I. Which I pay ****s rent before the 8th and leave without an eviction towards the end of the month. I chose to comply with the junes rent since it was financially feasible for me. I notified the property manager of my intent to pay **** and followed up via email when the rent was paid. Since I honored my settlement, I began looking for apartments. I was informed a red flag popped up on my housing application stating I was evicted from my current apartment. Soon after I contacted the attorney and property manager via email requesting this eviction removed from my record. I was received a nasty email from the attorney telling me the eviction will stand because I didnt go to trial. I reminded both parties that I chose to settle rather then go to court. When I confronted the property manager about this matter face to face, she said it wasnt nothing she cant do despite all my emails informing her of my intent to pay **** and leave toward months end. Her attitude was very dismissive, uncaring, and empty. I dont understand how someone can be stoic and unwilling to help after I explained the eviction will hurt my chances of procuring an apartment. Im now being forced to live in the streets.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

1 starI would not recommend this complex to anyone. I've had no working ac or hot water. They've been dishonest since move in which was march 4th. after I had finally had enough, I had the business manger state " I am going to be as nice as I have to be so I don't get fired" I've had staff smile and laugh in my face as I've lived in 82 degrees with no air. I am a female veteran with disabilities and an auto immune disease. I feel tempature changes and heat causes inflammation in my body. I can't handle the heat and have made it known on many occasions it was unacceptable. I had the maintenance lie to my face not realizing I have a video camera. They stated "they've fixed issues when I wasn't home" without realizing due to my service connection I do not work and also don't drive therefore when I do leave I have an Uber log and a live camera out. Every appliance has been broken in my apartment after moving in. There response is "it's like when you buy a car off a parking lot." I like renting from this owners as they are reasonable if you have bad credit but I wouldn't recommend this complex to absolutely anyone. They seem fueled off of money and greed and not overall health of residents. The pool had been closed multiple times due to dhec closing. They've had every amenities broken for an extended amount of time since move in. The only thing they have offered is a 98 dollar credit for a water bill (my first that was 189). I live in an S3 studio 507 square feet and pay ******* for a broken ac *electric* and water monthly.Today business management said "I will have an email sent today before I leave tomorrow with all we discussed" once again nothing was sent. After 3 months they stated my coils are broken in my ac. I believe that they do not have proper ethics or values and don't seem to care. I've bad 115 calls to this complex and was ****** answered since move in.They have completely lost my trust and confidence.Review fromBrittany N

1 starI submitted an application with the Summerwind Apartments property May 6th, 2024, with a move in date of May 24th. Two days later the office manager ******, reached out to ask some follow up questions and told me I'd hear back within the next couple days. I eventually got a hold of someone in the office after it had been over a week since I submitted my application and the office manager never responded to my email asking for an update as my set move in date was fast approaching. I was informed the the office manager was working on applications and they were backed up, and to continue being patient and I would hear back from her. A few more days went by and still no response to my email or a call back to give me an update. It took several more times calling for someone to again answer the phone and give me the same response, they are backed up on applications and I would hear from someone, but needed to be patient. I let them know that I would be seeking residency somewhere else, but wanted a refund on my application and admin fee. It is now June 10, 2024 and I have yet to receive a phone or response to my emails, and have not received a refund. I am not sure if this is how this company makes money, just taking the admin and application fees and never responding to a potential tenant, but it is highly unprofessional.Review fromVon H

I literally got tricked into this company, my property management company basically sent me a "promotion" stating if I renewed my lease early I would not get an increase in rent so I did and then I get a notice on my door that Willow Bridge Property has taken over. Previously my old property company had tenants set up on Flex pay for our rent which means on the 1st we pay half and the remainder paid 2 wks later. Willow Bridge came in and gave us 9 days notice that they took over, that they will not accept payments online for this month and that rent can be paid in full to their office staff, they will not be acecpting flex pay obviously and their office staff has no idea if they will accept it in the future. 9 days is not sufficient time for ppl who live paycheck to paycheck to find hundreds of dollars. So now due to the unprofessional manner in which they transitioned the tenants are now screwed because we will have to be paying an additional $100 late fee on top of the money we already dont have because they waited to give us days notice.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

No matter how great of a tenant you are. No matter how much revenue you drive their way. No matter your tenure. You will not gain any favor with Willow Bridge management. You will not feel special. You will only briefly feel at home. You will never have their back. You will be treated like royalty on day 0 thru day let's say 7 ... but then you will feel disposable like the rest of us. I myself have lived at ************************************* most premier property, for over 5 years and have been thwarted again and again while trying to simply transfer to my preferred floor/unit. Why? Simply because the building offers online leasing and they let the public undercut you for no valid reason other than the fact that the internet exists. In fact, if leasing wasn't available online, I wouldn't be writing this less than stellar review. And that is, well, ridiculous to consider. There's no value to your loyalty at MT. I say, don't waste your breath trying to appeal to reason, logic and fairness when working with this management team. You will simply be a number at ************. You will feel valued on day 1 but not on day 10 or day 1000 trying to call this your home. And it's sad. - It's sad for the @West1stStreet investors. - It's sad for @ChildressKlein who is trying to flip the property right now. - And, yes, it's sad for me, a long term resident slapped in the face over and over again trying to navigate the building he loves - with zero help or commitment from Willow Bridge associates (previously Lincoln property management). And good luck if you end up working with ****. He has an agenda that you may not be on!Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

Hi ****,Thank you for reaching out and providing our team with this feedback. We are very sorry to hear you feel such a great lack of loyalty and value as one of our residents. This is not our goal. We are deeply committed to fostering a respectful and professional environment for all peoples. As you are aware, we do have an online application process. We work on a first come first serve basis, and rent to anyone who qualifies. I'm very sorry it did not work out for you to submit an application for your preferred apartment. Unfortunately another application was submitted prior. I understand this may be deeply disappointing. Our team is more than happy to discuss additional options for other apartments you may be interested in. Please let our team know how we can be of further assistance. Warmest Regards,Review fromo. h

Our apartment has gone downhill dramatically since Willow Bridge took over. They are illegally adding charges that were/are not outlined in the lease (charging for things like parking and storage that were included in the price of the rent according to the lease). This is against MN state law. They are now threatening to take away residents' amenities that they pay for and are entitled to per their lease (parking and storage) if the resident does not contact the office and request otherwise within 48 hours. You should not have to randomly claim or "dibs" your own amenities that you already pay for per your lease. It should be assumed that those things are yours until the lease ends. Management should not be able to take them away just because they want to sell them to the next person at a premium. The city was also called due to Willow Bridge management leaving an open bucket of toxic chemicals out in a common area unattended for more than a day, causing a noxious smell in the building, and again, violating MN state health and safety codes. Many people in our building are consulting with attorneys to prevent their rights being further infringed upon.Willow Bridge is a dishonest company that does not care about violating housing law.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

Dear ****************,Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns in your community. I know transitions are hard, and we understand the burden it places on our residents. We will continue to work on our communication to ensure you are receiving a clear message. We require a fee for parking and storage, and we want to be sure we have the correct spaces reserved for the residents, so we requested confirmation on the spaces being used so we do not accidentally give those to someone else. I apologize if that message was threatening, it was not our intention. We also use vendors to help us upgrade our homes and they do use chemicals that can be strong to the smell. They are inside units and monitored by our teams. We require site teams and contractors working on the site to comply with all state health and safety codes. I would love to discuss this further. I am happy to connect with you personally if you are willing to provide your name and email address. You are also welcome to reach out at ************************************************************** or ************.Review fromPamela D

1 starAs a real estate agent, we depend on referral compensation from sending our renters to certain apartment complexes. We can't work for free, and most of the better places will pay a few hundred to us for bringing them renters. I stick with the best ones for my clients, and for the past 8 years, that has been ******************************* in ******, **, now run by The Willow Bridge Property *** A typical time to wait for my compensation is 30 days. It has now been over a year for the last two renters that I have referred. Not only have they not paid my company, they continuously tell us on the phone that the checks have already been cut and we should have them in a week. It's plain lies! I don't know what is going on there, but I will not be sending another renter there, nor will anyone in my entire company (thousands of agents) until this matter is resolved. Why would I trust a place to take good care of my clients who mean the world to me if they won't take care of me? From what I am told my my clients who do live there, it is slowing going down hill anyway and many of them have asked me to help them find a new place to live. It's too bad, it was a beautiful, historical place to live at one time.Review fromS.E W

Dear Better Business Bureau,I wish to express my deep concerns as a tenant at Bridges at Flatirons, managed by Willow Bridge Company. The lease renewal offer, presented by Assistant Business Manager *************************, initially promised a 0% increase and a $500 concession if signed by March 29. However, after my acceptance of the offer, it was abruptly retracted by Assistant Property Manager *******************************, citing my unit's status, which contradicts the initial agreement. The manner in which this was communicated appeared abrupt and lacked professionalism, contributing to feelings of frustration and mistrust among tenants. In addition to these misleading lease terms, chronic issues such as elevator malfunctions, noise disturbances, and security concerns have been inadequately addressed. Management turnover, including individuals such as ******************************* and *************************, has led to inconsistent communication and unresolved tenant requests. Emails from these individuals have at times conveyed a dismissive and unprofessional tone, exacerbating tenant dissatisfaction and diminishing trust in management.Furthermore, the management's failure to address these ongoing issues has created an environment of uncertainty and frustration among residents. Instances of harassment by another resident and ongoing issues with the parking garage have added to the challenges faced by residents. While not seeking financial compensation, I urge a thorough investigation into the propertys business practices to ensure accountability and rectification of misleading agreements. It's imperative for management to prioritize resident safety and well-being by promptly addressing maintenance issues, improving communication practices, and addressing instances of harassment within the community.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Willow Bridge Property Company National LLC

Dear *****,We appreciate the feedback and feel that these issues can be addressed. Although the offer was miscommunicated, we did agree to honor the concession offered. After reviewing all of our conversations, I feel we have always had positive and respectful communications. The other items of concern have not been mentioned in any of our communications and all of your work orders have been completed within ********************************************* hopes to address the other concerns you listed, but have not heard back from you. If there is any further assistance you may need, please contact me and I would be happy to assist in finding any resolutions.
