      This is the absolute worst company ever!!! I can't wait for them to go under!!! I have been requesting to speak with property management for over a month and I've been completely ignored. Stay away from this joke of a company

      The house is great. The only issue we had when we moved in was lots of spiders. We took care of the spiders. I gave 5 starts because they are a great company and the house is great

      DO NOT RENT WITH INVITATION HOMES IN *******, *******!!!!! RENT WITH PROGRESS RENTALS TRUST ME!!! THE HOME OFFICE HERE WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS!!! MAINTENANCE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! I rented with Progress for years with no issues!!! The Invitation homes specifically the ******* (*****************) office is full of unhelpful hourly children who are just clocking in and out, not doing anything for the residents. My favorite part is the monthly fee for an air filter you get every 3 months? OR THE SMART RENT YOU CANT OPT OUT OF. The filter doesn't even hold you over until the next one. They have too many properties, buying out so many houses EVERYWHERE and NOT ENOUGH MANPOWER TO TEND TO THESE THOUSANDS OF HOMES, not enough vendors. There is no such thing as an emergency work order. You WILL wait. Quality over quantity invitation homes, remember that. Don't offer me some pre-scripted message about calling your office to talk about this. Nothing to talk about. You guys are a revolving door, always new names no one seems to stay. IF YOU DO RENT WITH INVITATION HOMES MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE THE ************** AS YOUR HOME BASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!!!!! I didnt look at reviews, or websites like these to really see.

      This company is nothing but a scam. We have had multiple problems with the home that were not properly handled and just band aided. This company has zero interest in spending money to maintain the homes that they charge a ridiculous fee for. The Charlotte ******* I am almost positive no one actually works there. Can never get someone on the phone, they say they will call you back but never do. If you email one person you get emails from eight different people all with different responses all adding up to "I am unable to do anything"Back door case has been ROTTING for over a year, door will not properly seal so our energy bill is extremely high, bugs are constantly in our home, oven element broke and started a fire in the oven. Reported it to invitation homes that made us wait over a week for someone to come look at it, then the vendor spent less than 10 minutes in our home and said they need a "second opinion." Fast forward two weeks later with no response on next steps they schedule another appointment two WEEKS later. Not only is the oven unsafe to use due to a chemical fire they make us wait just to say "it can be fixed." The burners on the stove top do not work properly either but they say it is not worth replacing. Not to mention the vendor said themselves the oven is OVER 10 years old and well used. They schedule maintenance visits every six months, but never ask if to pick a day and time that works for you but just expects you to be ready. Want to reschedule? It'll take half a day and three trasfers to another department before anything is done. They take notes of things that should be fixed in the home but nothing is ever done. Other issues include; hidden fees in rent, double charging for renters insurance, rent was almost $400 more than listed, crawl space door broken and rotted (observed but never fixed), and to top it off mold in the **** unit. DO NOT rent with this company.

      I've been renting from Invitation Homes for 8 months now. At first it was challenging with move in ************* But, it's been good ever since. Especially maintenance! It has been very easy to get services done in a timely manner. Especially with ***** ***** in maintenance. He is great. His ************** is excellent.
