      ****** ****, the HV** technician arrived promptly this morning as promised, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with the ** compressor quickly. Great work!

      I wish I had one nice thing to say about them but I cannot think of one thing. As many before said they slap you with fees and unethical evictions. And lock you out of your account. They really don't care what kind of house they put you in as we had our rental flood the master bedroom and it took them 2 months to fix and not even compensated for the time of not having a bathroom until I asked even then were reluctant to give it and I had to jump through hoops for it. Plus maintenance its terrible they just patch things up with glue or etc or claim they can't fix it. Please if you're considering renting don't do business with them. They just care about money and have no compassion in this economy

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Invitation is stealing money from tenants. They tack on extra monthly charges that they don't advertise in their rent rate, they force you into their Spectrum package which cost more than the package we actually needed, and then they neglect to return any of your questions or needs. We just finished up a lease with Invitation and they sent over our Move Out Statement that lists the items they are withholding from our Security Deposit. Among other things, they are charging us for 3 separate months of electricity (even though we paid already). Invitation, if you see this message, please help. I know you have a history of doing this type of thing to other customers:***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** you are considering renting from Invitation, PLEASE do yourself a favor and choose another entity to rent from.

      The entire process was easy, the leasing agent Mr. ******* ***** was very helpful, the house is amazing and the move in orientation was very helpful with getting to know the home and ask about anything. We were extremely satisfied.

      ****** is an absolutely amazing Realtor and a true professional with a heart of gold. She also happens to be a Super Mom, which made me admire her even more as a fellow mom of three under four.After searching for a rental home for over six months, ****** stood out from the rest. She took the time to truly understand my familys needs especially the safety and well-being of my children and treated us with such care and respect. Ive never rented a home before, and I was honestly terrified. But ****** walked me through the process with so much patience, compassion, and attention to detail that I finally felt safe and supported.She found us something close by, convenient, and safe and gave me the peace of mind I hadnt felt in months.I also want to say a huge thank you to ****, the home superintendent, who went out of his way to make sure every concern I had was addressed before move-in. He walked me through the home personally and made sure that all necessary repairs and safety concerns were taken care of right away. He was respectful, thorough, and incredibly helpful.Thank you both, ****** and ****. Your teamwork made this move possible for me and my babies, and Ill always be grateful.       We've been with Invitation Homes for over 6 years I truly don't have any complaints except one. the only thing I do not like is the fact that with Invitation Homes least agreement you are not able to pay for your trash and water yourself, I've had two occasions with the services that Invitation Homes partners with that allowed my trash services to get cut off even though I pay my trash services within my rent and I've never missed a rent payment and yet my trash services is turned off and then they don't work weekends so it wasn't able to get my trash picked up for a week and Invitation Homes tell me there is nothing that they can do about it that is the one flaw but I think they should get rid of because it's very inconvenient for me to have to pay somebody $10 a month for their services and then they're not reliable. and i still don't know how my services get turned off, when my bill is included my rent, and i have never missed or paid my rent late, and then come to find out that they did not pay my trash bill for more than 6 months, because it takes the trash company almost 6 to 7 months of unpaid bill before they turn off your services. But besides that invitation home is a good place to rent from

      my experience with invitation homes was absolutely excellent. In particular, one employee **** ****** , came for a scheduled maintenance inspection. He was professional, proficient, and made sure that I had a clear understanding of the way to correct any issues if they should arise as well as giving me numbers for points of contact. After doing 20 years in the military, I know what ****** looks like and this individual is a great representation of their organization.
