      If zero stars was an option I would give this business a zero star review. It is completely impossible to speak with property management. They are very lackluster when addressing concerns via email they will not get back to you in a timely matter, or any errors that were made on their behalf. This company is on the barrel!

      Invitation Homes is the worst company to rent from. They monopolize the area, they force you to pay for things you don't choose to. They block you from paying rent and then slap an eviction notice on you without following the state guidelines for housing. They demand twice as much as the eviction notice and take you to court. They are unethical. They have been sued many times for doing what they are continuing to do.

      Our shower floor cracked and Invitation Homes had the whole shower area replaced by three work crews in a week and a half working around my schedule. *****!

      I have been renting with Innovation Homes for 8 years now in the same house. I have never had a problem with them they always helped when needed and answered what ever questions I might have had. I will continue to rent with them as long as I can.
