      This company takes your money for the "application fee" and then reports to you that your credit rating is not high enough. I have great credit and was denied. It is impossible to reach a person that has any information regarding applications or questions. Go ahead and try to ask them a question on Zillow, the button does not send or do anything. I tried to call several times regarding our application and got a call center overseas. They send they would forward my concern to the head office. When I asked them how they send they replied "********** to the head office". I then proceeded to ask them if they send the Information through email they responded "no", I asked them if they had a system directly linked to the main office again they said "no". When I asked them how they relay information they replied "I don't know". I guess they use carrier pigeon or mind telepathy. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!! The house we applied for is still up for rent and there is no way it would not have rented by now. It is a very nice 4 bedroom house in a great area for $1899. The address is **************************, ********* **. Invitation homes has the ad marked pictures coming soon for weeks now but if you look on ****** earth it is a very nice house. Run don't walk away from this "company" and you will be glad you did. Also: they have not returned any of my phone calls which does not surprise me.

      We pay a lot of money for a house that needs some serious updating. For the amount we pay, we could be living in a much nicer home. I don't believe the cost of the house matches the rental cost. It's disgusting and disrespectful. I cannot help but feel we are being robbed, But that's not why I am upset. As a tenant of almost 5 years, I called today to work something out because my husband and I were late On rent for December. We normally pay on time, but my husband got sick and I don't work as I am a stay at home mom. My husband is a truck driver and makes great money but when he doesn't work, we don't get paid. I called to ask if we could make a partial payment for today, (Tuesday) and then pay the remainder of the bill on Friday, bringing the total to zero. The woman on the phone told me that they are no longer accepting partial payments and that the total amount due would have to be paid in full or none at all. Since when does a partial payment get denied? I find it convenient that they also want to send an eviction notice to us the same day that I agreed to pay the total amount due, costing another $300 in attorney fees. This company is money hungry and does not portray honesty or integrity. I would not recommend anyone to rent from Invitation Homes.

      We have been here for 6 months and anytime I have a problem they come quick and fix the issue. It is really easy to put in a maintenance request. The technicians are very professional and kind. We have been very satisfied.

      ***************** made my pro care visit welcoming. I just begun my renting and so far everyone I came across has been awesome. ***** made sure that my issues were addressed and that I didnt need anything further. He also made sure that I knew where everything is located such as the circuit breaker in my home. Very friendly and professional.

      Terrible company, do not recommend at all.

      Moved out of a home in September in ******, ** and after doing the initial move out inspectial with **** A*****, she explained everything looked great and we would be good to go, zero issues with the inside of the house and she was suprised that we had lived in the house for 6 years and it looked as nice as it did.

      We lived in the house for 6 years.

      According to ******* Revised Statutes (Annotated) 33-1321 (2020), we should of recieved a full return on hour deposit, but we didn't. Also, they didn't get us our deposit within the 14 days required by law from us notifying them that we are moving out.

      I find it disgusting that we also were sent a 'Review' about our experience, but the review EXPIRES before they mail out the check with all the info about the deposit. I couldn't even go back to give an honest review.

      I have been trying to reach out and speak with soemone about the issue over the past month, but keep getting the run around and told I need to send in a 'dispute'.

      I would not recommend this company to anybody, even if it was an emergency.

      Things started out extremely ***** for us with nonstop issues. I can say with the assistance Tyra **** and help of a very detailed thorough technician ***************** we are finally able to say things have been getting resolved. They have ensured we understand how to do things and what to watch for in addition to making sure if it needs to be fixed it gets done or assigned out to be done. We are so thankful for them because my initial post on here was not going to be good but once connected with them they turned things around for us. Still a few concerns with certain things but they are being addressed at this time I believe only time will tell.
