      It's really sad that I was a tenant for 4 years with no issues. I moved back to the area, and of course I would want to rent from the place that I had a great experience with. Then I met a leasing agent ******** who has no communication skills. I applied for this house in ******, ** on 11/17. On the same date, I was asked to provide banking documents to verify my employment which is absolutely ridiculous. I supplied it anyway the exact same day. On 11/22, I was told they wanted a detailed banking statement. At this point they have my earn and leave statement, my marital settlement agreement, and 3 pay stubs. But I went ahead and uploaded the documents as requested. The holiday came and went. On11/26 I sent an email to Moneasia and got no response. I sent an dditional email on 11/29, no response. On 11/30, ******** responded that I needed to upload files that I received a response from. I picked a move in date of 12/1/22. It is 12/6/2022 and I have not heard anything. At this point, I want the $100 fee that I paid returned to me immediately. My landlord hasn't been contacted and my credit hasn't been ran. The lack of communication is unprofessional and when you take someone's money you should not leave them lingering.

      Someone from leadership would have been great. I'm now convinced that the home was rented out weeks ago and your "associate" just never told me. I'm still waiting for my application fee. Having Moneasia call me to discuss my application is not appropriate. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me to discuss.But getting the run around from this company is something that is done at all times.

      This isn't my first review/complaint for invitation homes and yet issues still remain. We signed a lease quoted a leasing price we are now being charged for home insurance (we provided proof upon move in as well as on 11/29/2022). I've asked multiple times if my electric was added in our rent because from 7/15-10/1 we didn't pay electric. But we were receiving a bill from Conservice. I tried to pay my bill when I noticed it was $800 or set up a payment arrangement this was in September. I spoke with ******************** Who advised to send a copy of my bill and she'd review it. Now I'm December Invitation homes has to decided to add out electric bill to our rent rather than doing so upon move in. Now we're behind and paying $1000 more than what we agreed to pay. On top of that being charged for insurance that was provided. Multiple maintenance issues. The list goes on- the communication with this company is horrible. I'm displeased to say the least. Not being able to talk to someone who can truly help the situation is very frustrating- instead we just get told "I'll submit a ticket for the local office to call you" As of today 12/5/22 I've still not gotten a response phone call or email from ******************** that was submitted months ago.

      I had an air conditioning issue at 9pm on a Friday. I entered it on the portal and within 10 minutes, it was dispatched and the person was here at 11am the next morning. I have lived in this house for 5 years and IH ******* has been my pleasure to work with every time I have an issue. Thank you! I recommend leasing with them without any hesitation.

      Paying a lot of money for a broken house, with roof issues, downed fence, damaged garage doors, broken floor tiles in every room with tile. Lied to about home having a hot tub. Pool deck is a trip Hazzard. Neighbors were very hostile when we first moved in because of the business practices of this company. We received numerous HOA violations due to the poor maintenance practice of this company. We were lied to about things being done to the house that pushed our move in date back multiple times. We were lied to about the home getting all new appliances, have already had the refrigerator worked on multiple times. Irrigation system was severely damaged causing most the grass to die. After multiple attempts, project manager does not return calls. Charge for products that they don't explain or show how to use when asked multiple times. lied to about extra fees for utilities. House was completely infested with cockroaches which we are still battling after almost 2 months. They are having the house spray constantly but it's not really doing a whole lot getting more results out of combat being bought from the store. Maintenance tries to make excuses or put off repairs as long as possible. After our lease is up we will definitely be seeking a different company. Hope nobody else falls prey to them.

      I love invitation homes anytime I have a problem with anything they come quick and fix the problem and the working are great and very responsive thank u for such a great experience in your home I'm definitely enjoying it so far

      Worst rental experience ever! Prior to moving in, they kept pushing our moving in date back. We were in the home two months after what we were told would be our move in date. They downgraded everything in the home. The pulled out the artificial grass and plants in the backyard and left us with nothing but grey rock. The initial pictures of the backyard were very pretty. The grout was and is disgusting! The paint doesn't match on the cabinets, chips in the tile, cracked cabinets, and I could go on. They go through a million different people for each thing you might need in the house. It couldn't be more confusing or more difficult to get information. I have had unexplained charges that I have to call on and the amount I am paying in rent for this house is absurd. It makes me absolutely sick to pay the rent every month. My initial rent was $2150 and after all of their rental charges and the increase in rent after the first year I am paying $2656. The house was poorly maintained and is only **** square feet in Surprise, **. I would avoid Invitation Homes like the plague!!! Find another rental company, they are the worst!

      I am infuriated with Invitation Homes. Not only did they keep all of *********** (over $2500), they charged me an additional $72 from a laundry list of things that they said had to be done to the house upon move out. On the letter, it said that I could contest the amount and send it back to them, which I did (I used a professional maid service and their own carpet cleaning company they use). Not only did I not get a reply to my appeal, but I was moved to collections and now this $72 has messed up my credit. No call, no letter to discuss - then why offer an appeal??

      Invitation Homes has THE WORST customer service staff ever. Not polite, talks over you, rude and inconsiderate in speaking people. I had an issue with one of their rental properties having a leak and flooding into my yard, notified the tenants and notified them over a week, called twice and wrote an email, was told I spoke with so-and-so, and they left me an update that it would be fixed on a certain date, when I was never given an update about fixing the situation. Also was told I don't need to call so much or email, I only need to do it once. Their lack of concern, and their lack of care is alarming, giving the fact that they own so many properties in many neighborhoods. If I had names to put on here of people, I spoke with I definitely would, but I cannot remember, because I am so upset at the blatant disrespect when I am just a concerned neighbor, I'm not even a tenant or renting from them. I own my home next to their rental. I feel sorry for anyone who rents or had to deal with these people because all you get is disrespect and ran around, no clear communication and poor business relations and/or customer service .
