      Everything was well organized, I truly appreciate ******* during orientation. ******* helped me become acquainted with my new home. I was caught up in the excitement of transitioning that I missed a few maintenance issues during the walk through but ******* identified these issues and submitted a work order request immediately to have these issues resolved. Thank you *******! By the way, I love my new home!

      ***** did a great job assessing an ejector pump problem that needed to be fixed quickly and ******** the plumber scheduled the following morning and replaced the pump. Excellent assistance and response.

      We been living in this rental property for almost 4 years now. Had a leak in one of our bathrooms and the timing response and work was hassle free fast response and very professional. Every time we call or email we get a fast response. I would recommend Invitation Homes to anyone that is looking for a rental property a great company to deal with. The really take care of their properties and their clients.

      Been with them for two years now and it has been one nightmare after another. When we first tried to moved in, we were delayed due to the house having issues with plumbing. We were told this was fixed and this is a issue that has been happening over and over again. Once "fixed" we moved in and were told we had to buy our own washer and dryer. Then after THAT huge expense, and install. My FIRST use of our machines flooded the whole basement because of an issue with the main that was supposedly "already fixed". So they had to tear open our walls and fix the plumbing. Now, the basement bathroom is a construction site too. A pipe broke in the wall that connected to the upstairs bathroom directly above and fixtures they installed incorrectly caused the leak. Tearing down the walls, exposed insulation, black mold. They left the walls off, and mold exposed to our home. Comprising our health and our pets health and keep marking the job as complete when the bathroom has NO walls, NO sink, and MOLD galore. The house literally stinks of mold with no concern for these dangerous conditions we are subjected to. There is also a roof leak. We were informed by the tech they sent that we need a new roof, and gutters on the whole house and nothing has happened with that since. We also informed them of mice in the house, due to structural issues such as a rotten door frame in the basement and a gaping hole in the crawl space and we were told that " tennants are fully responsible". This place is infested and no matter what we do, it doesn't fix the problem because there are openings in the houses structure!! Things that were caused by their negligence to the property. We new the house wasn't as modern as they advertised but STAY AWAY from invitation homes. They do not care about a safe environment for your family to "thrive in" like they advertise. They leave you in a festering cesspool and tell you to clean it up. IF ANY COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED, ITS THIS TERRIBLE ONE!!!

      We have been homeowners for over 20 years and after accepting a relocation package with my employer, we decided we would rent for a few years while we adjust to the area. We looked at multiple companies and privately owned homes and decided on Invitation Homes due to the ease of the process, the quality of the homes available and the fact that they accept pets. We are extremely satisfied with our home and have had a great experience overall. During the orientation, they found an issue with the fence in the backyard and put in a service request to have it fixed. One day after our move there was a member of the maintenance team at our home who fixed the problem. I highly recommend Invitation Homes to anyone that is looking to rent a home!

      It was extremely easy to make an appointment online for my problem. Invitation homes came right out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem immediately. I recommend Invitation Homes as the top Property Management Company that I've ever experienced. Hopefully I'll be able to buy a home but if I have to rent again, I will definitely go with Invitation Homes.

      In an effort to be prepared for a new Rental Agreement on June 1, 2023, I have tried with much diligence to discuss concerning issues with the property we have resided in since June 1, 2013. I have reached out dozens of times, and finally was able to talk to an Invitation Homes associate on October 25, 2022, she was pleasant, and she asked me to send her an email regarding my concerns. (I did.) ... No response for two weeks.
      I had a Contract to Purchase the house in April, 2021, and after a Home Inspection disclosing a bad roof, I pulled out of the deal. At that time, I had entered some Invitation Homes contacts in my cell phone, found one, and called. On November 11, 2022, I called the number I had and talked with **************, and it just happened that he is the Vice President in charge of Marketing in *******, ********! He wanted to know how I got his phone number, and was quite impatient and disrespectful. As I tried to explain that I wanted a few big situations addressed, and didn't want to pay more money for a house in 2023, when there are beautiful homes for less money, his reply was "Well, the rent is going up, and we are not going to make any upgrades." He told me he was sending me his email, and I could send pictures of my issues.
      I took pictures of a really bad roof, and an unsafe patio. I drafted an email, with the pictures, and it was returned MAILR-DEAMON...
      On November 16, 2022, I was contacted by *****************, Home Maintenance Supervisor. She was kind, and listened to my concerns. She asked me if I could text pictures of the issues via phone. I did... The texts could not be delivered! ~ I have called and left messages on the phone number she provided at least six times. NOTHING!
      Just to describe my concerns, other than the roof, when I called about a tree limb that was endangering the house, contractor simply took out the tree. I have no landscaping left. I have a dangerous patio.
      Who can seriously talk to me? NO ONE!
