      Invitation Homes, are promptly when addressing the needs of my home. I have been living in one of there homes in the Phoenix area for the last 5 years and they have addressed and met my concerns about things that need to be repaired in a timely manner. Thank you to the technicians that come out and make repairs.

      I've been renting from Invitation Homes for almost 10 years and couldn't more pleased with them. Their customer service is top notch, things get fixed in a timely manner(when things go wrong) and they make the whole experience of paying one's rent quick and easy through their app.

      I have been renting fro Invitation Homes for almost 3 years. So far, I have been satisfied with the quick response. Invitation Homes make you feel as if you are at home. It is refreshing not having a homeowner bearing down your back! I moved into an Invitation Home a year after I sold my home, and I am happy I did. Hopefully, the relationship will continue and remain positive!

      I know some people experience things differently but my experience with invitation homes was pleasant. I want to thank you ****** and her team for everything they have done on their end to making sure I found my house. Team work does the dream work and I believe that it takes both party to move alike to get anything done. Thank you again and please don't read negative experiences and try to sum it up to it happening to you. What meant to be yours you will never miss it and what's never meant for you to have you will never get it. Thank you

      If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have been in my Invitation Homes rental for 10 months. After 6 weeks, the ******* tech came to the house and we discussed the "Fridge list" items that needed to be addressed in the home. Only ONE of the items on that list has been completed. Now, we have water damage and our entire dining room is torn apart and has been since August (due to an existing leak and poor workmanship when you bought and "renovated" the home). I have called both the local and national numbers countless times. Each time, I am told they will "escalate the issue," and yet still nothing is done. We still have rotten wood, missing studs and no drywall in our dining room! We also have broken garage doors, leaks from the upstairs bathrooms into the garage ceiling, a dead tree in the back that hasn't been cut down, our fence fell down in the last storm and they won't even address that until December, and a screen door that was broken before we moved in and still isn't fixed. There are more issues, but nobody will call to discuss them. So much for "escalating my issues." I pay way too much money for this house to have part of it closed off and not even livable. I could not be more disgusted with your lack of customer service and failure to maintain YOUR property adequately.

      Stay far away have been renting my home for over 5 years they take their sweet time fixing anything and everything i had an accident that resulted in a concussion and missing a week of work unpaid due to a leak it took the maintenance department over 6 months to fix the issue. They left a hole in the ceiling during this time as well. I paid my entire rent during this whole time and was never once asked how I was during or offered any assistance. I have had issues with the garbage disposal which had not been fixed the correct way. As of today I have another leak resulting in another hole in the ceiling as well as in the master bedroom and this company again fails to get it fixed no one at corporate gives a **** but the minute you don't pay your rent they send late fees phone calls and eviction notices for being 1 day late i was holding out seeing if it would budge them to fix the issues. Worst company ever scum landlords
