      I have $112.43 in Taco Bueno gift cards. For the last two and a half years, none of the locations I've gone to in the Dallas area will accept them as payment. The Taco Bueno website will let me check the balance, and transaction history. But I can't spend them. I would like them replaced with a gift card I can spend. Or a refund for their value.

      Tonight my family and I decided to try Taco Bueno in North Little Rock. After paying for my food I noticed that the food preparer or cook did not have on any gloves and was touching food without gloves on her hand which is very unsanitary she said she was told not to wear gloves . so I asked for a refund before I even received any food and the young lady at the window went and got the same lady who made my food and she told me she did not have time to call the manager or the owner and worry them about this but she did have time to call the police and I did too this matter was handled very unprofessional and definitely very unsanitary I am very unsatisfied and I need a full refund and an apology. Store number **** ticket number ***. I left the store with no food and Taco Bueno kept my money.

      I live 1 mile from this Taco Bueno. I quit eating there because of the poor customer service. Constant problems with getting all of the items I order even though I pay for it and drive through window servers that don't care.

      Last month, I tried again and got one of my burritos left off. I called and spoke to a woman named Ashley that told me to come back and she would replace it. I forgot to go back and then last night I decided to go back instead of going to Taco Bell. Again, I go and as I am leaving the drive through after ordering and the drive through order clerk smarted off at me for asking for two hot sauces with my order. I drove up to the window to pick up my food and Ashley, manager opened the door and continued to belittle me for asking for two hot sauces and telling me that I shouldn't be expecting her to remember how many hot sauces I need. She quickly shuts the drive through window in my face and then immediately opens it back up and says I am not serving you.

      I will never go back to this location again. The customer service is so bad it is worse than the food. Ashley claimed she is a manger and as far as I am concerned she cant manage a bathroom much less a Taco Bueno drive through window. She acted like she was tired and I should be waiting on her.

      Poor service, no family atmosphere at this location. This place needs to close! I would appreciate an apology. I live right down the road and I would go there and buy food if it weren't for the poor customer service and the poor quality form the servers.

      My daughter has been working for this restaurant starting 6-02-22, she has not been paid for that time period. She came back to work again for the same restaurant and Diana the general manager had assured her that the past paycheck will be included in this paycheck. She has since not been paid for either both times. She has been texting Diana and the store manager Cici they both will not answer her texts. I am her mother and tried numerous times yesterday to get some answers as to why she hasn't been paid since June 2nd. Diana told her it was that she didn't finish her new employee portal, buy it says 100% complete and when she tries to activate her card she gets a message saying "employer has not completed this file to activate this card" I called and spoke with Jessica the store manager and she spoke with Diana. She assured her paycheck will be loaded today and it still isn't.

      I ordered online and the order went to the wrong location. I tried calling that location to cancel my order, but the phone number kept disconnecting repeatedly. When I finally got a hole of someone at that location, they gave me the manager's email and phone number. After several attempts to get a hold of that manager for a few weeks, I reach out to that location again only to be told that the manager no longer works there. I give them my contact information for them to contact me. I never hear from the. During this time, I also try contacting customer service (through the website) and never hear back from them either. Even all the phone numbers online to corporate is incorrect.
