      I placed 2 orders at wing stop. The first order they threw my food together it was disgusting I took it back and they told me they would refund me. Never received the refund I had to dispute it with the bank. The second order was delivery I ordered through their app. My order was cancelled Ive been waiting almost 2 months for my money and nothing I cant dispute it because I used my cash app card. I want my money back. This is stealing.

      The Wingstop location I ordered from (****************************************) told me my order would be ready for pickup 20 minutes after ordering. I arrived and found out that this new location is actually a ghost kitchen where you cannot talk to any employees, there is no Wingstop branded signs and youre supposed to scan your order and a locker door pops open with your food. I waited for 2 hours after scanning my order to check in and I was initially told ***** minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting for notification that my order was ready I left. I never received notification that the order was ready. Im guessing they took my order and took my money and then never made it and skipped the order or never sent notice that it was ready. When I called the number listed for this store the number is not even connected ******************). This store is a complete scam and Wingstop provides zero customer support to issue a refund.

      On 10/18/24 I order from good eats from wing stop my son found a hair in his ranch as well as his fries!! I have reached out 4 times no one has got back to me cause I want a refund for that nasty food!!! I dont want to order from wing stop no more!!! At this point I am grossed out!!!

      Went on 10/28 to order a meal. I was a dollar short so I asked for a refund. The refund was supposed to total $13.52. I have not received a refund yet and its almost been two week. I have called my bank to dispute the charges but wingstop hasnt answer them so they can try to see the video or just to confirm. My bank told me to try to work it out with them but Wingstop has also stopped taking my calls and every-time I ask for a manager one is never available. I am on camera ordering food but leaving without getting the food. A manger confirmed this. So why can I not get a refund? $13.52 might not be a lot to some but in this economy every dollar counts. I am not just giving away money if that was the case I wouldve just gave my money away to my kids or a homeless person but not wingstop.

      Fraudulent charges of $21.29 twice on same day Friday October 18th. Never even bought anything that day on my Discover card.

      Reciept number ***** 10/26/2024 Host ******* cashier,:***** Total ***** I was told that I would get a refund do them handing my food to another group. They never called my name out. The cashier literally couldn't remember that he took my order and he immediately took my food to another group of woman without confirming that it was indeed her food. I asked for a refund and my food remade. They told me they would refund it back to my card and that it would take a week since it was the weekend. I did the survey that same day and they said to have "patience". It has now been two weeks and I have not received my refund! I have called several times and they say that it's up to their accountant on whether I get my refund or not. Which is complete nonsense. I have even spoke to my bank and they say the same thing. I want my refund!

      I WAS SCAMMED by Wingstop. 10/11/2024 @ 9:24pm I placed an online Pickup order for $35.49 at the ***************** Wingstop. When I got there to pickup what I payed for, the cashier lady said they didnt have anymore ranch ( I ordered 2 large tubs of ranch) So I told her to then cancel my entire order. She called over the female manager, the female manager then said she canceled my order and I will get my refund soon. I asked if I needed proof of the cancellation, she said no. I left. A few days later I was refunded $10. Not my full $35.49, but only $10. I called the restaurant and nobody knew anything. They kept telling me to call back or that someone will call me back. No one ever did. I emailed the corporate office several times and they are blatantly ignoring me. A few days ago I called the restaurant again and told them to look at the camera footage and they will see I left without the food. They are refusing. Now they are saying Its been over 14 days so we cant do anything for you . Yes, Im being serious. Then I asked if they could just give me $25 worth of food to which an employee named ****** laughed and said why would I do that? I was baffled. ONLY USE A CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASES AT Wingstop. NEVER, EVER, EVER USE CASH OR DEBIT. Let me rephrase again. I placed an order, Wingstop canceled my order and are refusing (ignoring me) to refund the money I payed for the food i never received. I WANT MY $25 back.

      Telephone number listed is not working its disconnected they are accepting orders then canceling with no way to contact or receive a refund .

      I visited the ********* facility at ******************** in September, the customer service was poor, my food was terrible and cold, plus they were talking on their phones and messing with the food, plus going in and out of the bathroom and outside smoking, coming back fixing food orders, no gloves. The District Manager texted me about the complaint/survey I completed. He promised to reimburse me for my poor service and food issues on October 2, 2024 and still to this day I have not received anything. I have tried contacting him by calling and texting, but I have not heard anything back from him as of yet. I have also left messages on the phone that he texted me from, no response received. Per the text message he promised to refund me $15.00, which was more than I paid for the food.
