On 01/06/24, I went to the Wingstop location at *** ***** ******* **** ** ******* after my daughters basketball game to get food for her. The details of my complaint can be found in my subsequent **** ****** ***** *******************************************?********************************************************************************************************.
Essentially though, this location overlooked my order, continued to make online orders that kept coming in, and serving guests who ordered in store after me before we even got our food. It was 30+ minutes later that we did and when we got home, discovered that the order was made incorrectly.
As a result of my Yelp review, the business (through Yelp) reached out to help correct it and the local store contacted me. They offered to refund my original purchase and provide me with in-store credit good for the next 30 days. However, there was no understanding or confirmation of when I could come in to do this and with whom and between the store and the person responding to my messages on Yelp and so instead, I asked for a gift card that was worth twice my order (to make up for the original purchase, and allow for a future purchase of the same amount). I was told this isnt possible and that I had to come into the store to resolve anything; however, I have no assurances or confirmation that IF I did, that any employee there would be able to help me, which is why Ive specifically asked for WHEN I can do this and with WHOM (so I can ask for them) which I have not received. On Nov 12 2023, I placed a mobile order using the Wingstop app for instore pickup at *********************************************************************. Then I realized I wanted to modify the order to include the drink, so I called their phone number *************) The man on the phone told me that he could not modify the order, but he can cancel it and he said the refund will go back to my credit card in 7 days. After confirming the order was canceled, I placed a new order for pickup at a different Wingstop location. January 14th at 10:50 I placed an oine order than was scheduled to be ready for pickup between ***** minutes, I arrived at 11:10 went in the store and was given the wrong order, I returned to get the correct order but was never re-acknowledged, there was a lightskin male in there with a child on the premises and he had the nerve to cook and pass her a 6 piece boneless bbq wing and passed it to her in front of me and other customers that was still waiting, when I finally said something it was at this point 11:30 and I had to be back to work so I told them if the order wasnt ready then Id just take a refund. The amount for my order was $36.02. It was told to me I had to call Customer Support to get a refund, that was January 7th, **** it is January 21st ****, and still nothing, I reached out to a corporate supervisor and she flat out said she is unaware of how long the refund will take which is ridiculous. I have went to the store 2 times and still nothing and no one is paying for my gas so they need to resolve this immediatelyInitial Complaint

On January 14 I placed an order from the restaurant for pick up. When I got home I saw that my order was incorrect and that I was missing half of my order. I contacted the restaurant and I was told that the wait would be for over 45 minutes and to call back the next day in the afternoon and that I was promised to have my order fixed with a new and correct order. I called back the next day and was told that a manager would call me back at a later time. No one called me back. I contacted Wingstop via their App and asked for a full refund. Today January 16 I receive an email for a $10.00 gift card. My order was $41.07. The $10.00 gift is offensive when I spent $41.00. No one has contacted me yet and its been two days already. The customer service is terrible and I would really just like a refund.Initial Complaint

I have been owed a refund and cannot get a response. Its more than a refund however, I waited for over an hour for my order was told it was being prepared, then told they would not be able to fulfill it. I was then told I would not be able to get a refund while at the establishment, I would have to come back the next day. Went back was told it would be issued in 6 business days. Its now been 2 weeks Ive made 3 calls to corporate. First 2 times I called I was told it would be sent to management, I called today and was told Im not sure why no one has done anything and again they would pass it on to management. Sunday, December 31st 2023 I ordered wings from the app to be picked up from the below location. Order #***************** Cost ***** WINGSTOP ******* ************** ************************************************************************ Upon arrival I was informed that the store ran out of wings and I would need to return the next day for a refund. The manager was not available to provide the refund. I arrived to the restaurant the next day and spoke with the manager ****** who took my information and said Id receive a refund with in 3 days. I have not received a refund so I contacted corporate who has not been helpful in resolving this matter. No one has contacted me back. On November 6, 2023, we placed our online order for the ******* ** location as it was on the way as we were returning home from ********.My daughter ran inside to pick up the order when we arrived 20 minutes after placing it. About 5 minutes later, she returns to the car to tell me the restaurant doesnt have our order. I called into the restaurant and am told our order hadnt hit the system yet and they have no idea when it will. I then went into the restaurant with my phone to show the order # and the [pending]charge on my checking account in case it would help find my order. The person at the register seemed new (I waited 5 minutes for them to complete a gift card for the person in front of me). When I was finally helped, the person had to call their manager to see what to. I gave them my order number which they wrote down and then visually scanned a tablet to look for it. When they still did not see it, I asked if they could use my confirmation in the app and my proof I had been charged and make the order to which I was told no.I then asked how I would be credited for my order since I was not going to stand there indefinitely on the hope that my order might show up at some point. The person called their manager back and then I was told the manager had to call someone else about my credit. What?!?!At this point, I left the store before my irritation escaped my mouth and we went somewhere else which we will do going forward!A few days later, I spoke to someone named **** who returned my complaint call. He apologized and let me know I would get a refund but that it might not show up for 1 - 2 billing cycles. That time has passed but I still have not received my refund.Initial Complaint

1/9/24 Online order for 10 boneless wings 5 mild 5 rub when picking up order it was not ready yet noticed two workers in kitchen and a child (younger than 5) returned few minutes later picked up order got home noticed order was wrong flavor when I called worker said it should look like that which isnt true because Ive never seen mild look plain so called again and was told to return food if I want refund or another order. I feel like they lied about adding correct sauce and also shouldnt have a child in the kitchen area while working very unsafe. I hardly ever go to this location now I know why. I placed a order 12/22/2023 at 8:45pm. Order number ***************** my order was two 10pc combos. When my order arrived it was on 9 wings out of 20. The store refuses to issue a refund and I believe this is fraudulent behavior as I did not receive the product as promised between consumer and merchant when I authorized payment. Order total was $39.39
