      I've been calling the corporate office for months about the wingstop by my house which is ****************** in ********** no one has ever called me back. However today was the worst experience not only is my safety at risk I now have pics floating around in one of your employees phone being sent around to his girlfriend . My kid was present with me while in the store .I haven't received a refund and I have a video of an employee taking pics of me on his cell phone while at work telling his girlfriend to come beat me up this same man said that he will shoot me which I have on audio . Not only did they discriminate against me one of the managers can from behind the counter and poked his fingers in my face my eye is now red . I am not taking their threats lightly the only reason a disagreement was even met was because I asked if they could fill the two ranches up in which I paid **** for . The guy went back and fourth as to why he will not do it because they were already pre-made I ordered online and all I had to do what pick up my order in leave however upon. My walking in the store the African americN guy who threatened me said " there go that lady again" when I asked the manager a question as to why he said that to me she stated to give her heads up so we can make sure your order ID correct which is a lie. Upon going to the store my order hadn't even been started . I have several videos of the white guy whose name I did not get but have clear footage of him . I want to speak with corporate about this matter inqhich I've called and emailed several times and have not got a responds let alone my food or my money back

      ok so the problem is the website . I try to order Corn but can't because of some glitch . Please for the love of God fix it. It's extremely frustrating and inconsistent. Items are not available to order online ??when I know they are

      Transaction date 10/28/2023 Order total $54.32 I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop App. When my order arrived it was incorrect. I called the Wingstop location and employee ***** took my order information and said I would be refunded.       First order ever from the NEW Wing Stop at ************************************************* . We ordered online. Paid a delivery fee and tipped. the WRONG food was delivered over an hour later. Tried to call the store over 20 times and ***** answered. My husband had to drive down there to TRY to get the right order. The workers are absolutely horrible and should NOT be in customer service acting the way they do. Wing stop is the one that messed up and they treated us like WE made a mistake. Worst experience I have ever had in my whole life. They need to shut down and find new workers, and implement better policies and procedures for when THEY mess something up. I also TRIED to complete the contact us form on the wing stop website but was unsuccessful as the location is not listed. I also tried to find a phone number to call and speak to someone but was unsuccessful because apparently wing stop doesnt care to hear customer complaints.ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

      I ordered food for New Years Eve at 3 oclock to be ready by 6 oclock. Got to Wingstop gave my name the guy at the counter. The kid said its being prepared at 6:30. I went back up to the counter. I said how long they had no order, even waiting to be prepared for me, but it was in the system and the manager in there had an attitude and wasnt very nice at all. Did nothing to help the situation except finally make my food. I got out of there at 7 oclock on New Years Eve.

      12/14/23 @ 4:30pm As I was waiting for my order was if the ladies in the kitchen spat in the trashcan located adjacent to the tea prep area in the kitchen. I called and spoke with the manager who indicated she was assigned there until the **** store was completed. She ask me to describe the individual and I did. My first response was to call the health department which I shared. No apology and she hung up before the conversation ended.Later went on line and filed the complaint as of today no response.

      I placed an order with Wingstop on 12/26/23 order #***************** and was served undercooked chicken. The total amount I paid was $66.84. Undercooked meat should be a health violation. I emailed Wingstop to let them know about the situation and they stated that someone call me. Instead of someone calling me they send me a $10 gift card, which is a slap in the face. I should have received a full refund. Please help me get my money back. I also sent them pictures of the chicken. I had to put the chicken in the oven and re-cook it. You can see in the pictures I uploaded.

      On 11.30.23 I ordered Wingstop, which was never received. I called and spoke to *******, supervisor, to advise. He said he will follow up with his district manager, *******, who will send me an email regarding a refund. on 12.1.23, I never received the email and followed up with Wingstop and spoke with ******, manager, she said she will follow up with charity who should be sending me an email regarding my refund. Since I never received the email nor the refund I followed up with email again today. I spoke with general manager, *****, who said she talked with charity today and Charity will be sending an email and refund. I also also have pictures where the food was dropped off to the incorrect address.

      Drove 100 miles to Wing Stop, ordered food and was met with nasty attitudes. Shouldve been my clue to not eat there. Girls gave me food and told me they were out of ranch which is the reason people eat Wing Stop. Tried to sit down and eat while two people who didnt look like me dined in and was told to get up and leave after the workers, sucked their teeth and rolled their eyes at us while talking nasty about us loudly. At that point I took the food but didnt feel comfortable eating it after the attitudes. because these are the kind of people that will do something to your food because they are upset. I threw $32.66 of food in the trash. I called Wingstop to complain, and they said they would escalate it to the store manager who already knows how her workers are, and does not care I would just like a refund and to never return to Wingstop.

      Wingstop sent a giftcard to replace a messed up order, I opened it and had a $35 balance. Today when I go to use it my balance is $2.84 with no explanation. I cannot get the company on the phone to resolve the issue.

      December 10, 2023 I visited this location, I spent over 40 dollars for my meal. I didnt receive my complete order, I was missing a whole order of wings that cost 14 dollars. I called and told them that the order was wrong, they told me to bring my food back and get the rest of the food, I asked why, I was upset understandably, asked to speak to a manager, ****** got on the phone and he was very abrasive, i got the feeling that he was ready to argue and fight, he called me a b**** and said hes not about to deal with me. After hearing that, I wanted a complete refund, I went back to the store, as soon as I walked in, he met me at the door and began to violently and aggressively yell at me, and tell me that he was the manager as I was asking to speak to someone above him, he refused and kept saying I am Thee, I am Thee I asked, so youre who called me a b**** he lied and said no, and said that he wouldnt call me that, he would instead catch me in the street whatever that meant. He began to hover over me talking extremely aggressive, I asked him to back up, after I began to fear for my safety, I called the police, when he saw me calling the police he called said I couldnt get a full refund. This was the absolute worse experience Ive ever had in my entire life. Please help me! I called corporate and they have yet to reach out to me, ** hoping sometime this week I will hear back! I dont remember the exact amount I spent on the meal I just remember it was in the 40s, 46. Something.
