I ordered Wingstop from the ********, ********** location. I ordered on the Wingstop app, after waiting an hour the employees tell me then never made my order and they were backed up so they cancelled it. When I asked for my $42.00 refund, they told me to go on the app to get it. I filled out the contact us application and nobody from Wingstops customer service has reached out nor responded regarding my refund.Customer Answer

Ive ordered from the store on multiple occasions and of those multiple occasions my food has come out to undercooked hard and cold and also Ive uploaded a picture of my undercooked food. This is the ongoing thing with this store. They dont follow any directions. Nothing this is a health issue. I had family eating this food my kids guest this is unbelievable this is not the first time this is happened Ive reported this before and at this point Ive consulted my attorney who told me to take legal action because *** documented how many times this has happened I even tried to call the store on multiple occasions, and the store failed to be reached I even tried called other stores to see if they know anyone at the store that Im complaining about. I will be taking legal matters into the situation because this is ongoing, and it has to stop before someone gets sick or worse die from this food being undercooked this store, unfortunately does not follow any directions. They dont read tickets and they dont read receipts. They dont follow any receipts or directions. This is frustrating and no one wants to do anything about it but I will be taking this into legal matters.Initial Complaint

I ordered online with Wingstop in Upper ***** on 11/11 at 3:43pm. I received the wrong order and have been trying to collect my refund since. Its currently 12/3 and i have multiple complaints with the company on file and have talked to two different managers (one male and one female) from the location. The first time the lady called me and I returned the call after Thanksgiving. She was on vacation and told me to call the store. I dont know why she called from her cell phone I called the store and spoke to a gentleman that collected all my information and told me the refund would be put back in 2-3 business days. That time passed and another man called my phone a few days later asking my order number again. That was on 11/28 around 6pm. Its now 12/3 and I still havent received my refund.Initial Complaint

11/26/2023 I was charged three times on a online order. I called the store nobody seems to care. Their making this up in regulation of no order found. The bank showed all three charges .Initial Complaint

On 11/15 I placed a delivery order using the Wingstop app. They deducted the $29.00 from my checking account. About 30 minutes later they emailed me to say they had cancelled my order. They did not refund my $29.00. I have contacted them twice through the app, but they have not responded nor refunded my money. Can you help with this?Customer Answer

I placed an online order for pick on 7-29-23 total amount $97.73. I arrived at location at my estimated pick up time to find it very crowded. I waited in line about 1 min to ask for my order which was now past the time it should have been ready and wa told another ***** minutes. I waited . After about 20 min I asked again if my order was ready. I was told it was still in line to be made. At this point is was very past due the time. I asked if they could cance since I couldnt wait any longer as I had to pick up my son from work. They said no problem. They said it would automatically refund when they cancel it. I never got the refund . I went to a the store days later was told it took more days to process. I then started calling corporate. I have called them numerous times and am only told they are sending the message tot eh store. Then after calling again they say they see my last complaints/ calls regarding the situation and they are sorry and going to forward to someone above them but thats Al they can do. This has been multiple times. I never receive any replies and have never gotten my refund. It has been months and they still have not acknowledged my complaints or given my refund. i ordered online on oct 21, 2023 @ 1`2:37 pm. I went to pick it up and they forgot to put my fries, when i got home i called them to let them know they were missing fries. Spoke to manager she said they would reimburse, and I would see it in my account and up to now I have not. I called like twelve times today and the manager told me she could not find my information ask me tons of questions in Spanish because she did not speak English. We disconnected or she hung on me I called back like 5 times until finally I got a hold of her, she said the reimbursement was done. I told her I wanted my order redone and my reimbursement for the inconvenience she said she could not, I told her I was going to call corporate, and she said go ahead and I will cancel the reimbursement. I told her do what you need to do. I called corporate filed a complaint, i told them i would never go back again, they apologized and told me they would send me a 5-dollar gift card after I mention i would never return and that was it. I place my order online through Wingstop.com for delivery. I received a notification from the delivery person stating my food was delivered however I never received any food. I contacted the restaurant directly & I was told by the team lead ***** that the only person that could approve the refund was the store manager but that he couldn't guarantee a refund. So I'm out $23 & no food.
