This location has horrible customer service and terrible management. They consistently get orders wrong and when you complain to the manager, they do NOT take any action to make up for 1) wrong orders 2) correcting their employees to avoid making the same mistakes again.One of MANY times that this location got my order wrong, I decided to let the manager ****** know. I was told that they would write down my name and information and the next time I went there my order would be given to me for free, to make up for their mistake. When I went into the restaurant, ****** said that since I did not have my receipt, she could not honor that promise. I CONFIRMED WITH THE MANAGER THAT DAY THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO KEEP MY RECEIPT. I tried reaching out to corporate and they gave me a $5 coupon on my next purchase...the order they messed up was a $38 order. No one there has the answers and no one is available to help customers.Something shady is going on with that location. All I want is a refund.Initial Complaint

Staff Member, ******* took my order and stated 10 mins. wait time. I sat in the lobby and was waiting for ***** minutes, with my two children , we should be on camera because I glanced at the camera a couple of times and I even got up to check the orders on the rack to verify my order was not on there. After I checked the orders, *** came out with order less than 5 minutes later, stating It was on top of the rack to my son, **** in which, the order was for, I was walking out but, turned around when *** stated the order was on the top rack and she said The name was called, I told her No, We were sitting here the whole time since we ordered and waited for the name to be called and even if, the name was called, why did none of the staff members come towards us sitting down on the lobby bench, why didnt any staff member especially the one who took our order come up to us because she knows my sons name when we placed the order? Staff member *** stated loudly and rude: It was on the top rack and the name was called! I stated Its okay, I will be reporting this to Corporate!. Oct 20, 2023 ************************************************************ ************ online order via doordash. Spent $33.47 on lunch. I had ordered two separate meals. One being Hawaiian boneless wings and one being parm garlic tenders. The establishment put all the chicken in one styrofoam container. I have food allergies. When I called the restaurant to speak with a manger and explain the issue she was very unprofessional and rude. She said that's how they do things with small orders. When I asked about food allergies she asked what that even meant. I explained the issues, as she's yelling at me over the phone "what do you want me to do about it" I proceeded to tell her she was rude and I wouldn't order there again and hung up as she was calling me a b**** I and my co workers spend a lot of money with this company.Initial Complaint

Today is October 16th, 2023. Had a problem with Wing Stop. Boring. And delivery? They never came.Call the regional store. They passed me to the store, which is on ******************. 7 minutes from my house.They took the phone off the hook and just left it on the counter. I'm just going to see how long they leave it. Off the hook and then once they put it back on the hook, then I'll add it to my complaint.They falsely said they dropped off the. The food. With two different numbers it was one. Number. And then it changed and said order was delivered. Two different people. Two different numbers. False statement.The order number is. *****************. BE driver is ******************** Her phone number with Door Dash is **************. It changed over to another driver. ******************************* His phone number is **************.Time now is 8:30 PM. So don't need to know the people in the store, just give them time, I ordered. on the eve mean late evening of September 21, 2023 I made an online order through the Wingstop app for several items I receive less than half of my items. I then called the store to notify them in the store manager confirmed that they did not give my second bag of food to the delivery driver, my options were to come and pick up the food. I declined to come and pick up the food because I had already paid for delivery and a tip. They did notified me to contact DoorDash. I asked them why would I contact ******** if I made the order through Wingstop , so I went and contacted ******** anyway and ******** confirmed what I told them DoorDash confirmed that they would not be able to give me a refund because I did not make the order through DoorDash app . so I moved on and made a complaint on the Wingstop app. I discovered that they resolved the issue by sending me a $10 E gift card. I was very insulted by this gesture as $10 will not get me the items that were never delivered to me $10 would not even cover how much I tipped the driver, and probably not even the taxes and fees . this issue has been ongoing for about a week. Ive been calling the store without being able to resolve the issue and I have not been able to reach anyone in their corporate office.The order number is *****************Initial Complaint

April 12, 2023 Paid $22.06 for an order that was delivered to the wrong address and I never received anything. I was charged for a service that I ultimately did not receive and the business has continuously failed to correct the issue. The business was supposed to deliver my order #*****************. I called immediately after not receiving my order and they said a refund would be issues within **** business days. After 2 weeks, I called them back because I had not heard anything. I have called and filed online complaints requesting to fix the issue or have someone contact me to attempt a resolution. I never heard any follow up from the online form submitted. I called a minimum of 4 times within the last 5 months and have always been told that they will escalate the problem to obtain a resolution yet I have never heard back from them about any type of resolutions. Yesterday 9/14/23 I placed an order around 11:42 am I work from home so I needed it delivered somehow when I get the confirmation it shows carry out I called and spoke to a rude person who claims she the manger name ****** she didnt spell it so Im not sure if its the correct name or not I asked if I can be delivered she said no she cant change it Im like I gotta cancel Im at work I dont know why they are so rude to paying customers but it is ridiculous to get treated as such my total was ***** she keep saying I cancelled it its not going go though but it did and it says card was present when I never even got any order so I called this morning on Friday 9/15/23 I asked for a name of who is supposedly refunding my money it has not been done she rattle out some name ****** district mgr refused to give me his number and hung up Im never going to this location again I just want my moneyInitial Complaint

Order completed on SATURDAY, AUGUST 26TH Order #: ***************** I placed an online order to be picked up at Wingstop in ***********. I was there before my requested arrival time to ensure my food was hot and fresh. However, some of my food was cold and not fixed properly. I got the ***** Meal my large fries had no seasoning on them. The ************************** remix wings were lukewarm not hot like the other wings in my order. The regular size seasoned fries were cold and had no seasoning. I have ordered online before and never had an issue like this. I emailed Wingstop to address my complaint on August 29, 2023. The response to me on August 30, 2023 was a $5 gift card. I can't even replace my large and regular order of fries with $5. This does not include my 7 cold /lukewarm wings from my ***** meal. I paid my money so I want my cold items replaced or refund my money to my card for those items. I emailed them again on August 31, 2023 and have yet to receive a response.Initial Complaint

I place order 09/01 when I get to store my order was not ready - which I was on lunch hour- I had to wait for other 20 min and because employee didn't put enough chicken . When I got my order ask order correct and stated yes . When I get home order wrong and ask for refund and replace order. Manger claim she only do 1 or other. Also she did apologize they short staff and she was aware that her fault what happened and agree for full refund ***** back on my card. General manger give me call and approved refund and will take 5 days . I called 09/07 said no Manger was there return my call and complete refund Nothing still resolved. and I called again 09/08 refused to give manger name and advice need call back and also my refund. I check my bank account still no refund . I just want my refund if you guys please help. Since General ****** and Manger refusing approve after they said going to. On august 1st I went into wingstop to get a remake of an order they had messed up on the weeks before. When I originally paid for my order of a ***** meal, chicken sandwich and sauces I got home and had an order of less than 10 wings of a flavor I didnt order and fries that had the wrong seasoning and none of the sauces I asked for. When I called them to tell them the issue they told me that they would comp me a remake for the inconvenience since I wasnt able to return at that time. The younger girl on the phone placed me on hold while she talked to her manager and then told me she would pass along my contact information to the remaining team members so they can just remake it when I go back in. She assured me the manager on duty that day approved it and all I would need to do is call and let them know. When I went to claim it on august 1st they handed me the food no issues, then the manager called me at 10pm accusing me of stealing. She said you told me team I compt you a meal and I didnt so that meal shouldve never happened. She proceeded to continue to accuse me of lying and stealing and never once greeted me. When I tried to explain to her I had talked to someone else who relayed the information to a manger on duty she continued to harass me for lying and told me I was never allowed back in. The manager hung up on me and when I called back for the customer service number or a district managers number they hung up on me. They did this twice and kept rejecting all calls I attempted to make. I then called off a different number to express the irritation and get the contact information I needed. The man laughed and said no he wouldnt and couldnt do it. He then continued laughing with the rest of the staff and said I dont care when expressing our frustration and said he didnt care about any Repercussions. The entire time I remained calm and respectful as they harassed me, laughed, and ruined my experience numerous times hours after I left the building.
