    This is in regards to the wheeled Catcher's bag. My son saw it last summer and we were going to buy it for him for Christmas. It was out of stock. On website it said expected restock date of Spring 2025. Emailed them. Website eventually stated "expected restock date 04/02/25." Nothing. Then "expected restock date 04/09/25." Nothing. Then "expected restock date 04/16/25". Nothing. Then "expected restock date of 4/23/25." Nothing. Then "expected restock date of 4/28/25." Nothing.Then it finally came in! After several emails back and forth with customer service (because there is no phone number to call them), they gave me a 15% discount code to use! "***** ****** (Warstic)Apr 24, 2025, 13:01 MST Hello *****, We are expecting these on the 28th. You can use code KEBATTLE for 15% off. Battle, Kassy"And then, the 15% discount code was not valid. Emailed them with screenshot. No response. Found a 10% discount vode. Not valid. Found a $20 off code. Not valid. Emailed them again since no two day later, finally got a response from "Hello *****, Unfortunately, discount codes can't be used on bags. ******, *****"Absolute clown show. I have never left a review under the better business review until today. Congrats Warstic!

    Bat cracked after 2 days. Followed warranty process and sent multiple pictures and was told that the crack is dirt. Sent more pictures and multiple emails and have been ignored. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Terrible product and a company that won’t stand behind their products.

    Placed an order over a month ago and I cant get a straight answer as to when it will be shipped. I was told they would get back to me but never did. Awful service and now I have to scramble for a gift for my kid because I dont have the bat Santa was supposed to give him.

    BE AWARE OF HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS. Here is my experience with them and they HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE QUALITY CONTROL. I cant express how incredibly upset, frustrated and unhappy I am with this Company. Words do not describe my frustration. I purchased a BAT back in 07/17/24. Along with the bat, I purchased a pair of gloves. The gloves delivered end of July. At this point I contact the company customer service with no response for multiple days (let me mention you that they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER SO YOU **** DEAL WITH AN EMAIL THEY WILL REPLY DAYS AFTER IF THEY EVEN REPLY. I finally received a RUDE response from ***** ******** saying that my bat had been delivered with the gloves. I fought back and forth FOR DAYS to prove that my bat had not been delivered with the gloves. I had to send in photos of the package at my door along with the shipping information specifying the weight and size of the shipped item in order to convince and prove this. The fact that I had to go through all of that was absolutely ridiculous and a clear sign of their very poor customer service and respect to their customers who are spending lots of money on your product. After they verified the bat had not been delivered, (never offer an apology) we were then told the bat was a custom bat and required 28 days to make and ******* this point we are now at August 4th finding out we now have 28 days to wait, which one, is not specified on your website, and two, 18 days into the order. If the bat needed 28 days to manufacture, it should have started manufacturing on July 17th, wouldn't you AGREE? After additional Frustrating emails we were finally told our Bat would deliver August 23rd, 37 days after the order date. The bat did NOT deliver on August 23 but after..NOW the part that really upsets me is .THEY Manufactured and Shipped the WRONG BAT. I ordered which is clear in my order information a USSSA 29/19 (-10)they shipped a *** 27 (-11) THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

    I recently purchased a bat from them. It said it was purchased on the tracker. A week later and it still hasn't changed. I tried to talk with Warstic and have received no response. I called the number given to find out it's disconnected. Worst experience with a company over. But their stuff in a store don't order offline.

    **************** non existent!!Ordered bat never received. ***** delivered to wrong house and requires the shipper Warstic to contact them to open a claim .Several emails sent no reply over several days.No customer service number to call to speak with them in person .I guess it's who cares who got your bat we got paid unbelievable!!

    Horrible customer service!!! Placed a youth bat order on 5-7-24 with supposedly free batting gloves and the gloves are not showing up on my order. Emailed customer service several times to assist with this on 5-7-24 and no response! The direct number on file for contact is disconnected! How do you run a business without having someone to talk to besides dumb emails SMH! My order is gonna ship soon and I wanted this to get fixed before my order shipped.

    Company makes some of the best baseball bats in the business for BBCOR users. That being said, their free offers and customer support are beyond atrocious. One of the reasons we decided to order a bat was that they gave a pair of free batting gloves with the bat. We picked out a color, a size and then purchased the bat. The order confirmation did not list the gloves and when we got the bat the gloves were missing. It took two weeks of contacting them to finally get a response, and was offered a pair of blue gloves instead of black and my ticket was closed. I reopened another ticket asking for black since thats my sons team colors (not blue) and was told by their GM of support that black was never an option but I have screen shots of the black gloves. After I responded to her I got no more emails, no responses and eventually got a pair of blue batting gloves that we will not use. Its a shame that this company makes amazing bats but their CS is some of the worst I've used for response time, and also customer relations. Their GMs tone was flippant and uncaring. I will not do business with this company again in the future even though they make a superior product, their companies attitude and outward facing members are subpar at best.

    Bought there bat for a week later to started making a rattle on top of the grip falling apart. Filed a warranty claim over 2 weeks ago and still no replacement bat. They keep saying its gonna be shipped out but hasnt yet. Nearly $400 for a bat and this. Worst customer service. I will take to small claims if this doesnt get resolved soon. This is ridiculous
