      Purchased subscription box service and cancelled service and was told that a refund would be issued it never was. Have sent several attemps to resolve this issue over the past year. The company does not respond to any further communication.

      I pre-ordered a subscription (6 boxes a year, one every other month). I received one box in September 2023. Since that time, I have been charged $7.95 for shipping of the November 2023 and January **** boxes, yet received nothing.I have emailed many times and filled out a few contact forms. The last response I received was in 2023 stating products were arriving delayed but would be sent out soon. I still haven't received either box, yet keep getting charged. At this point, I would like a refund of $500. I did receive one box, so I deducted that amount.Not only do I not receive what I already paid for, the responses are rare.

      2/27/22 I signed up for an annual subscription for $422.50 (6 boxes, 1 delivered every 2 months)1st box received a couple months later 12/15/22 Contacted the company after not receiving any more boxes - told that the issue was shipping delays 2nd box received shortly thereafter 2/2023 Subscription year ended, never received remaining 4 boxes due 9/2023 contacted company again - no response After the initial purchase on 2/27/2022, they still charged my card an additional $7.95 on 4/27/2022, 7/19/2022, 9/19/2022, 11/19/2022, 1/19/2023 for shipping

      I ordered their French box and they never delivered it and kept saying they would via email communication. I asked for a refund and they didnt give me one and they still havent delivered on the product. I asked a question on where my product was on social media and they deleted the comment. I have the emails with the communication from the company offering me a swimsuit with the box saying they would ship it out right away and they didnt. They have since stop responding to my emails. I would like a credit back to the credit card I used or a check mailed to me. Unfortunately, my credit card company said it was too late for them to file a refund on the credit card as this has been going on so long. I have attached the email communication with the company. In addition, the latest email I have for them I received a bounce back. I even told them I was a blogger and was going to review the items in the box on my website and social media channels and asked them to just mail me another box which they have not. This company has been doing this for months and I have not received the product nor have I received a refund.

      I purchased two OuiPlease membership subscription boxes in the winter of 2021 as gifts for two coworkers, which were significantly delayed in delivery. I was unsatisfied with this service & attempted to cancel these subscriptions in February 2022 through my membership portal.However, unbeknownst to me, my submission remained pending for many months with no notification of this pending status. I noticed multiple months of charges for unreceived goods via my credit card statement. I contacted the company via email & was given assurance my subscription was canceled & I was told my goods were on their way - but a month later, in August 2022, I was charged again & still had not received any goods.While I was able to get a refund on this last charge, I still have not received 6 boxes worth $900 of paid goods & am still getting the run-around regarding the status of my orders.I proactively reached out to the company again in May 2023 (after our last interaction in November 2022, where I was promised my goods would be on their way soon) & was told that merchandise sold in these boxes that is no longer available with no accurate accounting for the goods owed or a timeline for which I can expect them. I have spent much personal time trying to resolve this matter over a year. However, I'm only ever met with evasive emails that gladly allude to their ****************** & my lack of rights in this situation but don't acknowledge an actual resolution to my outstanding orders or the company's accountability.At this point, I am unsure what else I can do, so I am filing this complaint to bring awareness to this company's predatory subscription services & lack of customer concern. I've attached screenshots that show charges made & can confirm that only 4 of these orders were received, two were refunded, & 6 boxes are still pending almost a full year after payment

      HI: I ordered a yearly box from OUIPLEASE (6x a year) & also an Atelier Tote $119 December 2, 2022-- the total came to $671.50 (the tote made me decide to also order the 6x a year box) pictures of both online OUIPLEASE sent an email that they could not process the order for the Atelier Tote as they were out of stock & would not get any more in. they sent one box which was not the box I ordered. I sent them an email telling them since they could not get the tote in & sent me an odd box (not the one I ordered & viewed online, just cancel the entire subscription. they sent an email on Jan 11 that they would process a refund "$385.42(which took out their cancellationfee of $75) (plus the additional $119 for the single tote purchased) total of $504.42 ( they later stated they would waive the cancellation refund since they could not get the boxes in stock so $504.42 plus $75 they said they would waive. so requesting a total of $569.42 I have never to this date received any refund. I have sent them continuous emails thru the months. a few "we are out of the office" or gone for the assorted holidays responses but no refund. I would like to file a claim as they are ************** but operate out of *****.

      I purchased an annual subscription for bimonthly boxes. I paid $357 upfront. I received one box in 12 months and have been told repeatedly that they are going to send me another box. They keep creating shipping labels but never actually sending anything. I have received several communications from the company and they keep promising to send a new box but have not. I would be satisfied with them delivering a box every few months, but one in a year is unacceptable. Now my “year” subscription is ending but I only received ONE of the 6 boxes promised. I cannot believe this company is still in business!

      ** August 2022 I paid, in full, for six boxes of goods from OUI PLEASE, to be delivered every other month. I received no boxes and no communication from them until I wrote to their customer service in January. At that time they cited supply issues and sent me one box. They've since advertised multiple other boxes on their website but sent me none. I see that other Oui Please customers have reported this same experience.

      I signed up for a bi-monthly subscription box and the company charged me, but never shipped the product. Numerous complaints to customer service went unanswered. No refund was given. No product was received. Theyve stolen $150 from me and have ignored requests for a refund.

      I purchased the every other month box in January. They have billed me for 4 boxes and never sent a single one. When I contacted customer service they said they have supply problems and will send me 4 boxes sometime in the future but refused to refund my purchase.
