      I only received one of the two boxes I paid for. Was completely ghosted by the company. No response to 5+ emails across ~6 months. Had to contest the charges on my credit card. Was eventually refunded through my card company.

      I have gone back-and-forth with this company to no avail. They will not fulfill my annual subscription. They have sent me two boxes out of six and it has been about three years now. They continually say they are shipping it out but they dont.

      BUYER BEWARE!! They will charge your credit card for a full years subscription and send you nothing!!! They continue to blame supply chain shortages from Covid as a reason for not sending the boxes. Refunds are promised minus a $75 penalty but then theyll refund $0. Just useless emails back and forth. This business needs to be shut down and prosecuted for duping and lying to consumers.

      This is a scam. Zero stars. Paid for an annual subscription and after 2-3 years of back and forth, full subscription is still not fulfilled. It was a waste of time emailing their customer service back and forth, only for them to give excuses on the delay, such they are waiting for products to ship in, or they can customize a special box. When asked why can't the provide the products in the current boxes that they are selling, they give another excuse. The boxes they did sent were not the ***** products as promised; and they were not products represented on their website or social media page.

      To review Ouiplease, we really need a zero stars option added.
      They are the worst. I emailed and emailed and emailed and called and called about two charges and no products. They said they there was a delay. Then they said they would reimburse. They did not. I submitted a dispute through Paypal - not once but twice. Both times Paypal ruled in my favor. Both times Ouiplease made a payment to my account and then immediately canceled it. Paypal confirmed that it was absolutely OuiPlease canceling - not once but twice. No accident there. I was told today by Paypal to bring the dispute paperwork and correspondence to my bank and the police. So that's the game plan.
      To OuiPlease (and any willing attorneys)...I can't wait for there to be a class action lawsuit. OuiPlease your business practices are unethical. Your OuiPlease lying is shocking. And...Ouiplease you are a scam - again and again.

      BEWARE -- this is a fraudulent company!! I tried to cancel my subscription, was unable to reset my password on the website, emailed the company, never heard back. (I meant to contact my credit card company earlier but life happened and it slipped my mind until I was reviewing last year's budget and saw these recurring charges.) I ordered this service as a gift for my aunt in November of 2021. She was supposed to receive one box every two months. She only received the first box. The company claims they will not refund the charges that occurred every other month, and that they "keep track of every single box owed to each customer and promise you will receive all boxes, regardless of the time elapsed." It's been MORE THAN A YEAR! They keep my funds indefinitely while "keeping track" of what's owed to customers?! I will take legal action but also wanted to warn anyone else considering this company. Businesses like this make it so much harder for legitimate service providers. What a shame.

      My husband purchased a year subscription to Ouiplease for me (so 6 boxes). We received one and when the next did not arrive, we sent an inquiry. The response was "shipping soon". This went on for the entire year. A year and a half later, my husband asked for a refund, since the boxes never shipped and they gave him an email saying "we promise it's coming soon". After requesting the refund again, they started ignoring him. I have made public posts on their facebook page pointing out the poor service and lack of receipt of either product or refund and they emailed a couple times saying they would "look into it" and nothing has come of it. This was an expensive scam.
