    I wish to lodge a complaint about the services provided by Tradebloc. *************************** has been utilizing Tradebloc's credit protection services, as one of our attorneys' strategies involves non-payment. Unfortunately, this approach has resulted in significant damage to our credit score.While *************************** and Tradebloc did alert ** to the initial negative impact on our credit score, the process of resolving the issue has been prolonged ( at least 2 years). About a year into the process we received a sign up Tradebloc email. We were confused because we were already corresponding with them for months by this time. The email made it appear like we were brand new clients.We have been advised by Tradebloc to periodically check our credit report to determine if the negative marks are still present. Currently, only Experian reports foreclosure of the timeshare.We have found that communication with Tradebloc has been problematic, as we frequently engage in a game of phone tag, and our calls have been met with slow response times. We acknowledge that there was a period where we missed calls and voicemails from Tradebloc, and this contributed to the delay.We recognize that credit reporting agencies have specific protocols for handling disputes such as ours. We understand that Tradebloc is working to resolve the matter, however we request that we be kept better informed of any progress. We would also appreciate it if Tradebloc could provide ** with a clear timeline for resolution, and any additional information that *** be helpful in this matter.

    We have protected you against all three (3) credit reporting agencies from malicious activity and we have been consistent with maintaining your credit state with the most recent report as of 4/11/23. We understand that this process can be very frustrating but we please ask you to continue with your patience in our process and the guidelines that we must adhere to in order to do our job effectively. We are very sorry the line of communication has seemed problematic but we are trying very hard to meet the needs of our clients. We appreciate that you have highlighted the many ways we assist you and show great understanding in our work.     I am rejecting this response because:   I am not satisfied with the communication. I requested an clear explanation of the entire process and I keep receiving the same information.

    "*********** will have a minimum of 30 days to receive the submissions and begin reviewing - upwards of 90 to respond. We kindly request that you monitor your mail and email in the weeks to come." 

    I want to know how long do we keep pulling our credit and waiting for a response from ***********. As previously mentioned, I received a response from *********** and my husband had not. It was to my understanding that after two pulls and no response the delinquent **** gets dropped from the report.  I would like clarification on that. In addition, the president reached out, I missed their call and returned it and sent an email shortly afterwards to her team and I have yet to hear back from anyone in regards to getting in contact with her. This is an example of the lack of communication that is causing some of the frustration. I truly appreciate her trying to reach out but nothing productive came from it.

    It has been close to a year since acquiring Tradebloc for 2 **** share exits. Initially, we were told that the $4000.00 we paid would insure success in this exit strategy. And, since there are sooooo many other clients on this path that its almost like a Class Action Lawsuit. And that we have an outstanding chance for success. I have sent prior complaints, and did finally get some responses. A new Case Manager was assigned to our case. And I was told in email that I would be in good hands. Well he did reach out to me. And I responded on 3/13/23. And have not received a email back. I do have a problem that more money is being asked of me to secure an exit. But that was not what was told to ** in the beginning. I forwarded my email to the President of the company today showing that I did reach back out to the new Case Manager. But with no reply.

In the Credit and *************** form that you signed in paragraph three (3) states that you may receive a Settlement offer and their will be fees associated with that. It is also very clearly stated by the Case Manager that this is something you may accept or decline. It is never forced upon you. We have been going through a lot of growing pains as everyone wants out of their timeshare so we appreciate all your patience through this whole process. Thank you and I hope you will at least give ** the opportunity to get the job done because these take lots of time and patience.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I would like to see the stated paragraph 3 that I signed. We were never told that in a settlement that we would have to pay anything since it was LIKE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. And since Tradebloc had so many individuals filing it was almost guaranteed!

    I have been in contact with Tradebloc. And received correspondence back. I am now awaiting a response from their paralegal *********************, concerning the *** spoken of. My question was, If Tradebloc is working with the 2 resorts, how did I receive a *** stating that I cannot have been working with a TIME SHARE EXIT COMPANY.. NOR HAVE I PAID A TIME SHARE EXIT COMPANY.. NOR AM I BEING ADVISED BY A TIME SHARE EXIT COMPANY? Because that would mean that I would have to lie and commit perjury, and thus nullify the *** (DEED IN ***)! I have sent my questions and copies of the ***. I would like a full refund of monies paid to Tradebloc.

    We trusted Trade Bloc to refund our money. We submitted for the refund. This has been Dec 1st. We asked them and they answer their phones or reply back. It was $4,794.00 That's a chunk We want back. I'm very disappointed in that company. I think they are a fluke. To say kindly.

    On Nov 21st 2022 we paid Tradebloc $6855.62 to cancell our timeshare. We decided we wanted to keep the timeshare and contacted Tradebloc. We submitted the cancelation paperwork on Dec 26,2022 and were told we would receive our refund in about 2 weeks. I have called Tradebloc numerouis times and all I get are voice mails which I have asked them to call me back. I have received no reply from Tradebloc nor have been able to talk to anyone in person. No one answers the phone when I call.

    Please understand we have a business to run. We are hired to do a job with a 100% money back guarantee. The client is given a 3-day rescission time to cancel. The client contacted us a month later wanting to cancel because they changed their mind and want to keep their timeshare. We then have a lot of paperwork that has to be done to remove us from representing them. This is not a fast process. We will respect their decision and they will have their money returned even though it was far past their rescission.

    Paid $14000 in February of 2021 to cancel my time share. They have been working on it and we only received a text message that we were out of the time share. They told me from the beginning that I would receive the real estate paper documents saying we were out of the time share which I never received. I am looking for a refund or the signed real estate documents.

    Although we understand the complaint, it is out of our control. The timeshare has no obligation to send the client notification or the actual documents and this was discussed to the client. We cannot force the timeshare to send them any documentation as they are seen unfavorable as we are getting them out of the timeshare and that is the point at hand not documentation. He has asked for a refund and we offer a 100% money back guarantee if we cannot get him out of the timeshare.

    I am the power of attorney for my mother. Upon her request, I hired Tradebloc to terminate two timeshare accounts for which payment was made for the services. On March 24, 2022, we made further payment to settle the accounts. I was provided assurances by Ray V****** that this settled the accounts and no further action was necessary. After receiving several months of dun notices I contacted Mr. V****** and was told the systems were slow and it would take a couple of months to show settled. It is now the end of October. My mother has been served a notice of foreclosure on one of the accounts. I called the timeshare company and was told they do not settle, they do not recognize Tradebloc as legitimate and that they have never received a dime from Tradebloc to settle the matter. My multiple calls to Tradebloc legal department ( to which I supposedly have a lifetime representation) result in no one answering and no one returning my calls. My calls and emails to Mr. V****** also receive the same treatment, no response. The timeshare company says I have been scammed. I feel scammed. Although the credit department of Tradebloc assured me (pre-foreclosure) that they would eliminate any bad reporting on my mother's credit report (of which they required me to pull and send) that does NOT resolve a foreclosure judgment against her and her eventual estate. They told us they had negotiated a settlement and paid for the termination of the contracts which was a lie. I want this over. This was not about the money which was little this was about getting out of the overall timeshare contract obligations which passes to heirs upon my mother's death,

    I am very happy to report this Complaint was completely satisfied. I was contacted by the company President who explained what had happened and gave me several options. The circumstances he described leading to my complaint were very understandable and I appreciate him being upfront with me and him understanding my frustration with the events. I was treated with civility unlike every time I have tried to speak with the timeshare about the issue. One of the options offered was the complete return of my mother's money which I accepted. It was immediately mailed and the check has cleared. I would definitely do business with this company again. Every company at some point in time has issues. The fact that the company President called and addressed my concerns says everything about this company and their desire to help people.
