    After 20+ months of efforts to communicate with Tradebloc via their 800 number as well as thru their customer service email ********************************* requesting insight, updates, details on actions taken on our behalf on promised efforts to get us out of our timeshare, and separately manage credit reporting issues associated with the lengthy timeshare exit process, we received exactly zero in proof of actions taken on either front. With additional pressures leveraged via email and voicemail to Tradebloc ***************** we received an email form a *****************************, President, Tradebloc, **** as follows:***************************** <*****************************************>Jun 18, 2024, 1:10PM Dearest ******,As per our conversation that I had to end today because I will not continue with the immature attitude on your behalf, we will be issuing a full refund. The reason for the refund was solely on our part as we will no longer allow you to speak to us in such a manner that is very demeaning to many employees to the point of making a young girl cry. I have submitted a refund in the amount of:$4950 paid on 11/29/22 - ************************ Agreement $5890 paid on 4/27/23 - Recital Please allow us thirty (30) days to process.     I am rejecting this response because I have already been informed by ***************************** with the title of President, Tradebloc, on multiple occasions beginning in April 2024, in written format, that issues related to my case, and eventually my refund, was being processed and that I could anticipate receiving it within 30 days of said communication.  As of August 21, 2024 I have NOT received said refund.  What I have received are excuses on top of excuses - all thanking me for my patience and understanding.  I am not patient nor understanding about misrepresentations of truth and fact from a supposed business of Tradebloc's stature, as well as written communications from a company representative with the title of "President".  It's simply a profound lack of ethics and professionalism.

    Most recent communication from "President" ***************************** arrived on 8/19/24 indicating yet again, that a refund check would be sent to me on Friday 8/23/24.  Not one word she has said to me regarding a refund has been true or factual or actually taken place, therefore I lack any sense of belief in this statement offered by the business.  They simply have demonstrated absolutely ZERO credible actions or outcomes thus far.

    On 12/17/2022, my wife and I engaged into a contact with Tradebloc to negotiate a settlement ***************** to allow us to exit our timeshare. We were instructed to stop paying our Maintenance Fees and to stop all communications with *****************. We were also promised a full refund if the mater was not resolved within 18 months. Since then, we have been receiving notices from ***************** Services for collections of fees now totaling $1,537.44. We additionally received another statement from Magic Tree Resorts for maintenance fees for 2025 of $550.00. In April, 2024 a representative from Tradebloc ( River Forte) contacted me requesting an additional $1,500.00 to finalize the timeshare exit and receive a recital letter. So, I paid the additional $1,500.00 on April 25,2024. In early May 2024, I received a Recital Letter from Tradebloc, not from *****************. So, I cannot fathom how this letter holds any legal authority over the timeshare company. Then, on July 26, 2024, I received another billing statement from Magic Tree Resort for maintenance fees for 2025 in the amount of $550.00. So, it appears that I have been scammed out of a total of $6,689.00. I have requested a full refund of $6,689.00 from Tradebloc, but have yet to receive any response.

    TradeBloc is a company working for My Owners Update (MOU) that we contracted with to process us out of our 6 timeshare contracts. We were told by MOU sales personnel that our children inheriting them would be legally required to pay fees forever or ruin their crediit. MOU employs TradBloc to protect the clients credit during the exit process. This process has dragged on for months. During such time I was told by several people NOT to pay 2024 maintenance fees (just 2023) when this process started. Later I was then told to pay them and by that time late fees were applied. NEVER had I had late fees as we always pay on time in full. To date ************ at TradeBloc (TB) has NOT reimbursed us for their bad advice. THE AMOUNT IS MINIMAL ~$135.00 but it is truly all about the principle of not owning up to the bad advise given. MOU was paid $46,000 to do EVERYTHING. I have also complained to BBB of MOU overcharging expensive and poorly represented & misleading sales personnel/presentations. It's the Principle of it! It also begs the question what other fees were inaccurately involved between these compsnies. We had other questionable fees that TradBloc tried to charge us above the stated $46,000 to MOU. Even MOU was surprised by $1000's fees per property being requested to us by TradBloc on top of their $46,000. MOU struck some $$ amount deal with TradBloc not to pass these surprise fees onto us as MOU knew I was onto some fraudulent activity.Another complaint regarding this will be forthcoming if the $135 is not reimbursed. This whole debacle gave me nightmares and anxiety episodes so I intend to spread this info up the legal channels that have oversight on Timeshare sales and now Timeshare exit sales and cooperating subsidiaries like TradBloc and Resort Closings.Resort Closings also were shocked at what we paid MOU and said they do it cheaper all the time directly to the owner clients. RUDE AWAKENING!!!

The company My Owner Updates" had communicated to us that they would handle this transaction independently and cover all associated fees themselves. We were not involved in any financial aspects of this transaction and did not receive any payments related to it. However, due to the discovery of deceitful practices associated with their operations, we made the decision to terminate all business relations with them over a year ago. We want to assure you that this decision was made to uphold our commitment to ethical practices and to protect our clients. 
    The advice given by one of our associates was indeed accurate to ensure a smooth and successful transfer of the property, certain fees must be paid.     November 28,2022. We were advised that we could be released of our timeshare commitment. We paid monies to Tradebloc with a money back guarantee in writing stating within 18 months they had a 100% Money Back guarantee, with negotiation of settlement with this creditors to our satisfaction, or Tradebloc will refund the entire purchase price we initially paid. Now, we tried to secure a 2nd mortgage, finding out that Hilton grand vacation club is still open, with almost 2 years of failure to pay on the timeshare accounts. We need your help in getting this resolved. Thanks in advance.

    In October of 2022 we were invited to a presentation with Tradebloc who guaranteed to negotiate on our behalf to get us out of our timeshare ownership with *****, they promised a complete refund of our ******* purchase price. Aside from follow on attempts to get us to pay an additional amount of ******* for a "Recital" to protect us from negative credit impact. We were informed that a n attorney on the Tradebloc team would be in touch with us to begin procedings. They have done NONE of the things stated in the contract, no attorney contact, no negation on our behalf with *****, and at this point ***** has started foreclose proceedings. The original contract promises " Full refund of purchase price within 18 months if we have not negotiated a settlement". Phone calls are not returned and when they can be reached they refuse to refund our purchase price. Some research online has revealed multiple complaints about this orginization.     July 21, 2022 I signed an agreement with Tradebloc to help me exit my Timeshare. Their promise was: In no way can anyone predict the outcome of your debt and credit matter; however, we can guarantee our performance. If within 18 months we have not negotiated any settlement with your Creditor to your satisfaction Tradebloc will refund the entire purchase price you initially paid. This generous offer is based on your full cooperation with our team. I gave them all my information and did not contact my timeshare until well after the 18 months.I requested my money back June 12, 2024. I believe it was June 18 I contacted the timeshare, After I requested Tradebloc to send copies of contacts they had with my Timeshare. Tradeblock sent me 1 document that they had sent to the timeshare. The Timeshare said they had not received anything until June 13, 2024. I paid Tradebloc $4.496 to start and another $2,299 for fixing my credit. It's been about 22 months. I want them to honor the 18 month agreement and refund the $4,496.

    My husband and I entered into an agreement with Tradebloc in August of 2022 to relieve us of our Timeshare obligation and paid them $5600.00 to do so. They have an 18 months money back guarantee should they fail to accomplish what they were hired to do. They were not able to do this and asked for a refund of monies paid to them. In March we reached a resolution and they agreed to refund us our money in the amount of $4700, which is minus 25% for work they had already done. We were fine with that offer. We were told that the request had been sent to their finance department at the end of March. Checks are cut only once a month which I took to mean that we would receive our cashiers check in ****** It was disappointing to go to the mail box week after week and still no check so we contacted them two weeks ago and I was told it was in the hands of the finance department and they would inform us when the check had been "shipped". We are now 2 months out since it went to finance and still have not received the check. I feel powerless in this situation and can only hope they will do what is right and honor their end of the deal. They realize that I still have a "mess" to clean up with our timeshare company since they informed us that we should not pay our maintenance fees or any other fees. In the meantime, our credit is on the line and we are eager to make things right. We appreciate any help you can provide us in this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I very much appreciate the response from the business but I have become very on guard regarding certain phrases such as, "it has been processed".   This, to me, does not mean the "check is in the mail".  Once I actually receive the check, I will respond in kind.   Until then, please leave this case open.   Thank you so much.

    I am rejecting this response because:   As of today, June 21st, we still have not received a check.   I was told in a separate email that a check was going to be cut the week of June 11th, 2024.  How long does it take to cut a check?   We guess every minute you hold on to our money you are earning interest.   I have been in touch with our local TV ************ WTVD11's Troubleshooter.   I have made her aware of our circumstances and, hopefully, she will investigate our claim and you will become instantly famous for all the wrong reasons.   I would like to progress to the next step with the Troubleshooter but would rather you just send the check ASAP, expedited overnight.   This is the right thing to do if you have a conscience.

    I originally reached out to the BBB on May 30, 2024.  On June 5 I received a message from Tradebloc stating that I could receive my refund that day, June 5th if I provided my ACH Routing number and account number.   I told them I was fine with receiving my refund by Cashiers Check.  They said I would receive it by June 11th.   This did not happen.  I waited over 2 weeks and finally called Tradebloc and left a voicemail outlining my situation.   They sent an email stating that they had spoken to their CFO and that mine "was at the top of the priority list and is in the process of being finalized.   You should be receiving it within a couple of weeks if not sooner".   I reached out again on July 16th by email and have not heard anything regarding the status of my refund and why I had not received it while on June 5th it would have been in my account if I had provided my banking information but yet, a month and a half later I still do not have my cashiers check.   My next step is to report it to my state ************************* and see where this gets me.   I am so disheartened I cannot express to you in civil language my outrage at being treated this way!

    January 2023 I traded a pair of ******************* reverse mochas for a pair of Gamma ************************************ the Gamma 11s did not match the product I received. The box is completely different, not the correct size. More importantly, there is damage to the Gamma 11s, that was not described in the listing. There was no mention of the nicks present in the patent leather or the trade would not have been accepted. The nicks are clear as day but not shown in pictures nor mentioned by the seller or trade block. I complained and requested to reverse the trade as this was a clear violation of their policy; however I was treated as though I didnt matter and offered a measly credit. Trade block had the chance to make it right but opted to do the exact opposite. Their own policy stated that if shoes are authentic but do not pass their quality assurance they will Notify you and allow you to decide. This did not happen. There is also a bullet that states the other parties shoes will be rejected. Again, did not happen.
