Lipotonix " also known as MIC " is a combination of B-Complex and essential and non-essential amino acids, some of which are not produced in the body or easily obtained from current food sources.

According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "Claims as to energy savings, performance, safety, efficacy, results, etc. which will be obtained by or realized from a particular product or service should be based on recent and competent scientific, engineering or other objective data."
The company did initially respond to BBB to discuss advertising matters, however it failed to substantiate the claims brought to its attention. While the advertising inquiry was originally closed on December 30, 2013, as of December 18, 2018, the company has failed to substantiate, modify or discontinue the aforementioned claims.

On November 7, 2015, BBB Serving North Central Texas requested that Dallas Anti-Ageing & Wellness substantiate, modify, or discontinue many health-benefit claims advertised on the company’s website. Some claims include:
“Since no special food purchases are required, this is also one of the most cost effective and safest ways to lose weight and keep it off.”
“Without the HcG, you could lose weight, on a reduced calorie diet, but the HcG allows you to release fat stored in your body without losing the structural fat that protects organs, muscles and bones.”
“Improved Memory and Cognition – Hormone replacement therapy can improve memory, focus, and concentration.”
The BBB Code of Advertising also states, “Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.”
As of April 21, 2023, the business has failed to substantiate, modify, or discontinue the challenged claims.
