    Great job from beginning to end! The solar cowboys helped me go solar and were there for me from beginning to end. Anytime I had a question I could reach and they were there to answer them and help me out. The install crew did an amazing job and were very respectful of my property.

    The New agreement after Sprunck Electric closed your electrical company while performing work on our projects.



    DFW Build & Remodel agrees to accept The Solar Cowboys transfer and continue the current contracts and jobs that we had with Sprunck Electric including continuing the prior work scopes, payments, terms & conditions, warranties, General Liability Insurance etc for the projects listed below shall remain. Future Payments shall now be made to The Solar Cowboys, LLC for electrical services January 22 2022



    Current Contracted Job Address's now with The Solar Cowboys, formally Sprunck Electric below.



    • **** ******* Dr Lewisville" DFW suffered $3500.00 loss due to you walking off job site.

    • **** ********* Dr Flower Mound, you have over charged here compared to what is owed on your contract balance to wire up the new gym, two story addition per contract. DFW suffered $5500.00 loss due to you walking off job site.

    • **** ***** ***** ln Lewisville, we had to hire a new electrician to finish all jobs. DFW suffered $1500.00 loss due to you walking off job site.

    • Total current economic, damages that DFW has suffered up to date not limited to further damages etc that you may be found responsible and or uncovered. $10,500.00

    Not the whole truth. We told you we were no longer doing electrical work, only solar, but wanted to finish out our jobs with you.



    **** ******* - you hired another electrician not because we walked off, but because we wouldn't reschedule other projects to put yours as a priority. You had a compressed schedule because the homeowner could no longer stay in the rental property they had during remodel. You had 4+ months without production and put the homeowner in a bind, and we were unable to bail you out. You were then taken advantage of by your new electrician and we shouldn't be held "liable" for your lack of project management and trade knowledge.

    **** ********* - you spent 2+ years on an attic remodel and foundation work. You never called us to finish over there. After

    **** ***** ***** - was 100% completed, and you didn't pay us.

    *** ****** St - you forgot to mention that you were fired off this job, and we finished it for the homeowner.
