    Health Violation: My family and I were seated in the front row at Circus Vasquez on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the 12:00PM performance. During a particular act, a clown pretended to drink from a bottle of vodka and then proceeded to spray the audience as well as other circus performers with the spit water. Performers were sprayed directly in the face with the spit water to the amusement of the audience. He then proceeded to walk along the perimeter of the circular stage and spray at the audience. At a time and place where we are trying to navigate through a global pandemic we were literally sprayed with bodily fluids. We had our drinks, snacks, and souvenirs placed by our feet. Our drink cups were literally sprayed with spit water aka pretend vodka. It was like one of those slow motion moments in life where you literally cannot believe that a clown is spitting water at you and watching in horror as it lands on your feet and the bottom of your pants not to mention the aforementioned food items.Ideally I would love to be refunded for my tickets as well as compensated for my items that were covered in said spit water. I tried reaching out through the website contact page at https://www.circusvazquez.com/. I’ve also reached out on Facebook and Instagram trust trying to get some sort of a comment. In order to even purchase the tickets I had to read, and agree to the COVID-19 protocols And while at the very least I would appreciate a full refund I just want to make sure that no other families have to go through the same experience.
