    Transaction 3/13/23 Cheapees through ***** marketplace Order -Dyson animal ball 2 vacuum Overcharging for model shown and priced on website. The website stated that the Dyson animal two had a retail value of $631. After researching this I thought that $589 was a fair deal. I purchased the item and received the cheaper version of the Dyson animal two. This particular model retails for $500 on the Dyson site. After calling ***** I confirmed that they also had it on sale for $400. I ended up paying $145 more for this vacuum through cheapees because it was misadvertised and falsely priced. I have requested a refund and have been desperately trying to reach out to seers as well as the seller to get a prepaid shipping label to return the item. They indicated that I should pay for a return shipping when it was them that falsely advertised the product. I dont know where to turn from here.

    All customers have 30 days to return any purchase to us for any reason.

    We have sent customer in excess of 10 return instruction emails and return instruction PDF files over many weeks.

    The customer has acknowledged receipt of all the emails with return instructions and the requirement of returning the item for a full refund.

    The customer refuses to return the item. We must get the item back to issue a full refund.

    As soon as the item is returned we will issue a refund. Please return the item.
