      On March 25 I bought a Groupon for for 3 Platelet **** Plasma Hair Restoration Injections. I called and made an appointment for April 16, 2024. Everything went fine for the 1st and second sessions, however, I was not able to complete the 3rd session because the person they have that draws blood was not there. They keep canceling my appointments and when I finally got in for my 3rd PRP ******* Law, owner of the place kept poking me over and over and said she couldn't get any blood because I was dehydrated. They rescheduled me again. I go in at 11 am, and ******* is not there. She told me to come back at 1 pm. At the same time and another customer was in there complaining about the same issue I was having. So at 1 pm, the same thing happened. I was poked 7 different places, but they never got the needle into my veins. So we rescheduled for when the lady that draws blood can be there, on a Saturday....but they canceled my appointment again! On July 8th, before all the canceling happened, I bought the same Groupon and on August 2nd ******* Law scanned it as redeemed, even though I hadn't completed my first session. Because it was marked as REDEEMED, Groupon won't give me my money back.They said they do not refund people, and that I could get another service. I don't want another service. I want my hair! ******* Law answers the phone and makes appointments while watching her daughter ******* Law's little son. The place is very unprofessional. I looked up who can provide injections and it said only Doctors and Nurses. I could not find a license for ******* Law to draw my blood or do injections. I am very concerned. She says she is a Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Instructor, and Laser Professional on her profile. That's it.I deserve a refund of 1/3 for the first Groupon of ******. That doesn't include any of the pain and suffering from being poked so many times.I also deserve a full refund of the second Groupon that hasn't started yet. $647.19

      This isn't my first complaint with this establishment, but other attempts to settle the issue have failed. On 10/31/2020, I went to receive services that was paid upfront but was refused services because the door was locked and the lady(owner) didn't have a key to get in. I tried texting and calling numerous times, but was lied to about rescheduling or a refund. But neither ever happened.

      My wife supposedly bought a Groupon on 11/2/22 for Cryolipolysis Fat-Freezing Treatments by mistake somehow. She was simply trying to purchase a coupon for infrared sauna at Green ******* in ************ and we are not sure how the other place was put in. The price we were mistakenly charged was $878 instead of $100. Groupon and Evolution of her beauty have ignored **. We are due a full refund of $878. We have never redeemed or stepped foot in Evolution.
