    In March of 2022, I filed my taxes with this company. They put in the wrong checking account number on my direct deposit and I never recieved my tax return. They have made me go in circles, calling my bank and the tax service they used just to hear the same thing. This company should be paying for my grievances because it is their fault that I didn't recieve my taxes. They got their payment from my taxes but I got absolutely nothing. My tax return is near $4,000. It is not something I can continue to ignore. I am trying not to have to get legal services involved but I have no idea what else to do. Please help me.

    First let me say that I am very sorry that your direct deposit info was received/keyed incorrectly, and I have done everything the bank has asked me to do to get your deposit corrected. Now to be totally honest, I didn't know that you still had not received your deposit. When months go by and I don't hear anything, I assume that everything was corrected. Please understand the bank does NOT report or give me an update regarding your case. The only way I would know is that you call me directly. I will triple my efforts on getting this resolved, I am also going to speak with my attorney to see what legal actions you may have against the bank for not reversing the deposit, especially since we filed all the correct information within the banks timeframe. You will hear from me by 12/27/22. Again I apologize for the trouble this has caused you.
