    And August 18, 2024 my husband ordered a Stetson mens got 6X cowboy hats and it was SFGUSS5054 with the stock number we received the box on August 23, 2024 as soon as he brought the box in, he took pictures of the box on the outside opened the box and took pictures of the box on the inside When he opened the box, there was nothing there just a plastic bag that the hat wouldve been in there was no hat I immediately called DannysWestern wear in Eagles Pass and the person I talked to. He said that he was just a salesman there and that the owner would not be there until the next morning, and he would have him call me. He never did. I called them and spoke with the owner and he told us that the only thing he could do was to file a claim with *** , check the weight when it was shipped and check the weight when it was delivered and if the weight was the same that we were just out of the money because it would be his word against ours. because he said he packed the hat himself. My husband is very very upset. We waited for him to call us back like he said he would he never did. I have not been able to get a hold of him so I filed a claim with ****** who my husband paid Dannys western wear through and they came back with the rejection on Saturday because ***** sent them the tracking and order number and said it was delivered. We did not get the hat. they delivered a box but we did not get the hat. I would like to get refunded so that I dont have to pay ****** for an empty box , I know this has happened before with them. My husband is very disappointed that hes been taken. if you could please call my husband at ************ and speak to him and he will tell you exactly exactly what he wants you to do. Wed appreciate any help. You could give us as weve exhausted everything else thank you.

    The order was shipped and received by the customer, the box was not empty the box contained the hat ordered.  The customer is gaming the system, they received the hat and then claim that the hat box was empty so that they can get a free hat by requesting a refund.  Why didn't the customer request we send them another hat instead of a refund???  We have been shipping hats for 13 years and have never had this problem with any other customer.  The customer received their hat order.  UPS tracking number is 1ZB8C753YW54751669

    On 12/17/22 I ordered two knives from *****'s Western Wear (order#**********) which were on their website for $225.99 each and noted as "in stock". I took screen view shot of it. After not hearing from them in accordance with the receipt for tracking numbers I called them. They said they would email. They emailed me they canceled my order. Yet on that day 12/28/22, they now offered the same product as "in stock" but at $249 each. I ordered 2 (order#**********). They canceled my order immediately. I emailed them that their mistake on line in pricing needs honored and sent them my screenshots of their site. They said they would honor the price. They will no longer return my communique and have not shipped or provided the products as advertised. Every day I screenshot their website, the knife is now shown "in-stock" and now priced at $313.95 each. If they made a mistake, they need to honor it now. It is the Boker Optima Stag and they owe me two at 2@$225.99 each. This was not even a typo mistake, but rather obvious they were not keeping up on current price trends on the worldwide web and didn't want to lose money by honoring their old pricing they had up.
