    Ordered Black Seed oil on two different occasions, the product is not the same the first bottle is brown the second bottle is black like tar with jelly like chunks in it I sent the company several emails along with pictures only to be told by the company "We don't sell expired products and to shake it" which I did and nothing changed I explained I was concerned because it had ti be strained in order for me to used it because of the chunks. I later received an email asking for a picture of the bottle did that with no resolve or explanation as to why the exact same products are different in color and thickness. Their customer service is nonexistent when it comes to valuing the customers.

    Hello,

    I placed an order on May 21 for a black seed oil. It got delivered on May 24. It was my first time trying it after reading an artificial about it’s benefits. I used it twice and each time I almost vomited and couldn’t stand its potent taste. I reached out to the company to find out how I go about returning it and my dissatisfaction. I was advised to mail it back. I was never advised that I had 10 days to return it. I went out of town and been very busy with family and work. It’s been sitting inside my pantry unused. I send back the product when I remembered about it. I paid to ship it back. I received a very disturbing email from the company. I have enclosed proof that I did call and spoke with someone and he’s calling me a liar. I never ever experienced this situation with a return. I would appreciate my money back. That’s all I paid for a product and sent it back and now the company is telling me there’s nothing that can be done. Very disappointed!

    I’m not very happy with the response. I’m very disappointed with everything that I no longer wish to ever shop with this company. I understand about the refund policy but I should’ve been advised that from my call then I wouldn’t have paid to ship it back. The item was just sitting in my medicine drawer and not used. I would appreciate a careful review to this scenario. I would appreciate a refund as you can see I didn’t like the product and no longer wish to do business with a business that treated me very unfair and disrespectful. I really hope the right thing can be done for the consumer.

     Hello, I had to submit a new claim because my issue was not resolved and you keep closing out my complaint. I placed an order back In May and sent it back due to dissatisfaction with the product. I didn’t know what to do and I had called the business to find out the return process and that I wasn’t happy. I was never told about the policy and they didn’t even look up my order to let me know that I only had 10 days. I stored it away and then went out of town. After that I paid to ship it back as instructed. Then I get an email saying that is passed the return time frame. I was also accused of lying and treated disrespectful. I have never dealt with a return like this. On my previous complaint the business offered a store credit. I am writing to accept that option and ask for your assistance with this process. Since, the business no longer wants to deal with me directly since I filed a claim. Please assist so I can get a store credit. I no longer want to shop with this company but I don’t want to loose out of my money. I paid for a product and paid to ship it back.
