    I believe this company is charging extras fees that are not allowed to he is not providing a itemized receipt. Our rental bill went form ****** to ****** for one day I need to know if this is correct for *************** TO CHARGE THIS EXTRA CHARGES.

    Hello, 

    Attached is the Rental Agreement for the 15p van that ******************************* and Family rented from 3/2/24 9am - 3/3/24 9am.  ***(Van was returned at 2:30PM on 3/3/24 which added an additional day charge to their rental)

    Things to note: 

    1) Typically when our vans are booked, an invoice is sent via email with all the details with itemized list of prices. Because ******* booked last minute (a couple of hours prior to van pickup), payment was taken over the phone Total including tax came out to $202.40   3/2/24 7:45AM

    2) Customer advised via text that they needed to add the Comprehensive/Collision Coverage ($27.49) because customer didn't have full coverage auto insurance which is one of our requirements for van rental 3/2/24 7:48AM

    3) Customer also added the Unlimited Miles option via text because their trip would be greater than 300 miles a day 3/2/24 8AM

    4) $200 Card Authorization Hold is placed to Card on File (Customer signed authorization on ********************** Agreement). This is to be returned when rental is complete IF there are no additional charges/fees that are implemented during the rental.   3/2/24 8:01AM

    5) Van is returned at 2:30PM on 3/3/24 (not by 9AM as stated on the Rental Agreement) so an additional day of van rental was charged to the card on file ($295.89 - consisting of day rental, comprehensive/collision coverage, unlimited miles, $20 late return fee). Customer was notified and reminded of this when customer texted that they would not be able to return the van at 9am.   3/3/24 8:44AM (amount charged after customer confirms they will not be able to return van by 9am as agreed upon in Rental Agreement)

    6) Van is now returned, and Fleet Manager is doing closing inspection of van. As in the Rental Agreement, if van is returned excessively dirty/soda stains, pet hair, a $250 Cleaning Fee is applied. I have pictures of soda stains throughout the back of the van that we also sent to ***********************************. $250 minus $200 (card hold was applied), total charged to card on file was $53.90. 3/4/24 9:59AM 

    I have explained all these costs to the customer, but she is upset that these additional costs were added to the rental agreement because of the details listed above.
