my experience with *********** was a bad one. I got my dog back in extremely bad shape earlier this year. An $800 vet bill once the medications were filled for the various illnesses he picked up within the 30 days in their "care". They never sent any updates or pix/vid and when I picked him up it was clear why that was. He was very skinny, down ************************************* perfect condition. 2-3/9 body score, pneumonia so bad he wasn't able to bark for weeks. He had coccidia at a 3+ and was so hungry he had started eating rocks and foreign material. X rays showed a ************ tract full of large rocks that were eaten at different times, no food present in his system aside from what i had fed him. Between the weight loss and the findings from my vet it can be assumed my dog wasn't fed on a regular basis at any time during his stay. probably days without eating even right before pick up. The dog was clearly starving which was also notated by my vet "very hungry on examination, eating as if malnourished" .. tip of his tail was also bitten off by what can be assumed another dog. Very unfortunate they treated a dog that way because it appeared to be a nice place. They will probably reply and deny this review but please be aware those are lies. I have proof of everything I'm saying. Beware they have a very tight contract they will have you sign and when questioned they will say "oh its just for liability" if they had good business practices they would've taken care of my vet bill that I incurred within hours of leaving their house. If I pick up the dog that day and have to go directly to the vet there is no question about who was responsible for the condition of the dog. If you have to go on a re-feed schedule for the dog, the dog was malnourished enough to require that. ***** was very combative and outright lied several times in our messages, probably to attempt to make me look bad and to cover what he had done to my dog in case I tried to sue his business.
