      RUN FROM THIS AGENCY. We had three women working with us and not one of them communicated well with my family or the birth mother we were working with at the time. ****, the executive director, was less than helpful or professional. We were met with hostility constantly from the individual. We were only approached by her if she needed more money. We felt like a number and that they could have cared less about us or the birth mother. It was disorganized from the beginning until the end. I question so much about their agency and what they are doing to families. They only seemed to escalate the stress and seemed to pass the blame instead of owning up to their mistakes. Do not make the same mistake we did by working with them!!!!

      They are not helpful they make you stressed more than anything else. Please avoid this one (birth moms perspective)
