    On August 23 2021 I paid Redrock Micro $950.00 to upgrade my one-man crew director slider. This is a piece of equipment that is used to give a camera shot movement. After 90 days I contacted them inquiring where my equipment upgrade is they responded because of COVID orders are delayed because of a replacement parts shortage. Now when I email them, because their voice mail system is full I get an auto-reply saying COVID-19 is delaying shipments. I'm unsure how to resolve this. I have documentation that I paid them and a ***** receipt that they received my slider for an upgrade. My Invoice number is INV-***** for order *****.This all being said, Redrock Mico makes a great product. Sincerely,***************************
