    I ordered a pillow from this company, which took nearly a month to get here. Once received, I tried it out for two nights and found it uncomfortable. There was no way to contact the company, other than email, so I told them I wanted to return it for a full refund. I have read their refund guidelines and found I was within the time to get a refund. I received several emails stating they would give my 25% refund! Then 50% refund, that I could drop it off if I was in the neighborhood, but they are located in *****!! I have sent numerous emails requesting my full refund and now they are ignoring me! The address they have on their website is:Dreamers ***************************************** There is no phone number listed. Their support email is:**************************************************************** Im not sure of the information that I put on this application in the first few pages, but the above information is all I have.

    This complaint has been improperly assigned to Dreamers Adult at *************************************************, and NOT a pillow company as the below/attached complaints states.  The company that the complainant is seeking is based in *******/***  Please remove immediately from our file as this does not concern our company.  Thank you.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I just spoke with one of your BBB customer service representatives and tried to get the address changed. I was told that because the business was in ******* I would have to file another way. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Cancelled order from Dreamers Pillow (within 15 minutes) before shipment. Product never processed, shipped or delivered. Emailed company right away same day with in 15 minutes of ordering and cancelling the order. Less than 24 they processed payment. Emailed company again. They sent email stating refund in 10 days. Emailed company when no refund was returned after 10 days. Had to send several emails before response was that refund would be returned. Company then blocked me from sending emails. Have not received product or refund. Notified credit card company card not insured cash app will not honor customer protection. ********************** pillow company (*********) is a scam. Please help get my money back.

    As stated in our phone conversation today, this complaint (per ********* *****) is meant for "****************************" for a therapy pillow she ordered from that website, and NOT for Dreamers Adult stores in ************** - which is how the complaint was assigned to.

    I spoke with *** ***** who gave me the above website address, which is who she was intending on filing the complaint for.

    Please remove this complaint from our file as it was not meant for us.  If you need anything additional, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that Dreamers Pillow.  **************************** relief pillow *********************************************** remain responsible for the complaint.

    Dreamers Adult store in ***** did not share an email I interacted with  their website is not where the item was purchased
