    I went to shape a cowboy hat, they told me they couldnt do it because it was already shape like that. I told them to just shape the brim they told me they can do that. So they apparently shaped it then I proceed to check out because I was going to buy a feather for my hat in total it came out to 50 bucks. I was like why so much? They told me they were charging me because they shape my hat. They charged me *****, but they didnt shape my hat in anyway it still looked the same like when I gave it to them. I could have just gone somewhere else and they would have done a better job and actually fixed my hat. I payed them since they said they worked on it and I just left the feather because they charged me for a horrible job.
