    I just purchased my contacts and I was told it had a rebate with my purchase. I have been trying to fill out the info but I am not receiving a verification email back after several attempts I finally received it and then was told I need to try again basically. So I tried again and now I have not received an email and the first and only email has disappeared from my email account. If the company is not going to honor their rebates then simply dont offer one this is ridiculous and they are building a bad reputation as it appears from the other experiences listed on this website review. This is a scam and should be investigated.

    Alcon rebate comms are a scam. They sent an email through their ***** system saying my purchase qualified for a rebate, made me jump through all the hoops to sign up including providing all my contact info, then said I didn't qualify, but didn't say why. Finally a customer service person said I didn't actually qualify because I didn't buy a large enough supply.Incompetent system, waste of time, and terrible customer experience.

    Go with another contact provider. Rebate options are a scam. They dont approve your for the correct amount then make you jump through hurdles for a rebate card with less than a year expiration which is the standard. Will be following next steps.

    Scam I sent all documents required they claimed was bad upload pictures , sent me email went to junk box and when I called to ask about the rebate It was out of the 60 day , nothing they can do! Never by they products again ! Worst service ever and worst program!

    Read the reviews, rebate is a scam. They write in very small text with a short expiry date so you cant use it. **************** has no solution. Factor in the no rebate price, they make it hard to claim and then put a short expiry on a gift card, very deceptive. If this is the customer service provided, I am never buying Alcon again.

    Rebate program is an absolute scam! Avoid if you are considering the rebate as part of the purchase. Read the multi amount of people with the same issue.

    Their rebate program is a scam. They deny it after 60 days and when you call they say oh sorry you only had 60 days. Horrible I liked my old contacts better anyway. The only reason I tried these was the great rebates! Junk.

    *** called twice asking why our rebate card wouldnt work. Such a joke both times I called they said our card was on hold. They wouldnt say why but both times said allow 5 days and we should get an email to activate. Im sure my $75 rebate will never be available. Its a shame that optometrists deal with this company and recommend their product's to customers. ************

    Their rebate program is an absolute scam. If you choose to utilize them, don't expect to actually get a rebate. Additionally, their customer service is non-existent. As far as the product, it's fine, but I went with them based on the promise of a rebate, which again, is a scam.
