  Another 1 star review for the rebate scam. It's been like pulling teeth to get them to fulfill their rebate promise the last 5 times I've dealt with them. I generally buy a year's supply so this has been going on for years now. They will use excuses such as, it doesn't have the patient name on the attached documents, when I made sure this time to include all documents in a single *** for every single attachment and every single *** has my patient name and address on every page, from my eye doctor. I literally made sure all my bases were covered this time and get back, "patient's name is not on the receipt" and replied with screenshots of it listed on every page of every ***, (including the receipt) and they just keep repeating the same thing as if that will make it true when it's right on the *** and pictures. It's mind-blowing how blatantly dishonest this company is. I purchased these contacts due to the rebate but will now just go to ****** to get them filled going forward. I will never purchase anything with Alcon's again. Done.

  First off, I'd give zero stars if I could. Way to go Alcon! Your greed and ****** business has officially convinced me to go ahead with lasik surgery. You discontinued the daily aqua comfort plus contacts, citing old and inferior technology, yet your new comparable product is a joke and if I had to guess - cheaper to make on your end - precision1 dailies are not comparable and shouldn't be priced the same. Clearly you are hoping more ppl will pay even more for the new total1 contacts. Nice marketing plan - *** *** yourself. Precision1 contacts dry out more easily and take forever to fall into place.

  One of The worst companies to deal with. They CONVENIENTLY decided to discontinue a rebate this year 2023 for a rebate I received last year. Plus, they also increased the price of these contacts KNOWING they would not be giving rebates for my lenses. I will NEVER order from them again. Save your money. Worst company.

  I don't know if the *** even reads these reviews.! Look at all the rebate problems! I received the rebate number from the eye doctor and accidentally entered my name instead of my daughter, I called the ALCON customer service number to see if I could correct it. I was told to use a different browser or get another rebate number from the doctor! What a scam! No customer servic** **** this company!

  I didn't get around to submitting my rebate in time. Of course they can run the program however they want, but read the fine print. You have exactly 60 days, so don't miss it, but it's crazy that 33 other people gave the company a 1 star review. I ordered the Precision 1 Contacts and I'm out $200.

  Submitted my rebate information. Was then told I needed more paperwork. Submitted this, checked my status, apparently they never received and now it's too late to submit again. It seems impossible to get your, "rebate". Will purchase my yearly contacts elsewhere.

  The rebate for contact lenses is a scam. I wish I did some research before buying into the rebate fraud. They cancelled my claim but I never received notification. It was only after logging on to their website I found out my claim was rejected. After reaching out by email I received an answer saying I was missing information, which I wasn't, i followed instructions provided by my eye doctor. Then the told me the scanned receipt had a folded corner which prevents them from clearly seeing the address of the eye doctor, even though the information was clear on every other item submitted. I re scanned and re submitted, then they reverted to say I had to resubmit an itemized receipt. Clearly the goal is to not pay out the offered rebate, after buying one years worth of contacts. Very frustrating they get away with this. bBB should do something.

  I spoke to ******** in customer service for my rebate card that expired. They should give sufficient amount of time to use rebate money. ******** was extremely unhelpful and in fact, was quite rude and repeated herself over and over about how it would cost $12 to reissue a card and that she could not do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was no supervisor, which makes no sense. She then kept repeating herself over and over as if I was stupid. And then said she would not help me.

  Alcon bad business full of liars and scammers in regards to rebate program. They do not respond to calls hardly and when they answer they lie and say check your email. Never received rebate and all paperwork was submitted in timely manner well before deadline. We are switching to better product with better customer service.
